Benfatti's team members Nick and Cory did an awesome job correcting issues from my previous contractor, adding a new plenum and ensuring that no leaks will occur in the future. They were on time,very efficient, explained all the details of the finished work and very professional. Outstanding value for the price. Solid company..Keep up the good work!
My air conditioner failed, and my home warranty company resisted paying the repair cost estimates from two different companies. The companies they used were very unprofessional and did not impress me with their knowledge. We finally decided to accept the warranty pay-out and choose our own company, and we chose Benfatti. We could not have made a better decision. Cory, the salesperson, explained all our different choices and guided us into selecting the right unit for our house. While we waited for the installation, he provided two window units to keep us comfortable. Sean, the lead repair technician, and his assistant were very polite, efficient and explained what they were doing and why at all times. We were highly impressed by the professionalism of everybody involved with the job. At the end, the owner came and performed a very detailed inspection of all the work performed. We feel absolutely comfortable that everything was done right and will last for a very long time. I cannot recommend this company enough; I'm just sorry we had to go through two other companies first.
Chris Jourdan was on time and very professional. He was extremely thorough in his work. He was very helpful in showing what needed to be done and the options for it. He went beyond my expectations and we will be customers for all our Heating and A/C needs. I was impressed with the up-to-date technology of communicating by text. It was informative, and I appreciated having a picture of our technician, Chris Jourdan before he arrived at our house. Appreciate also, the email contact. Pictures maybe I didn’t want to see, because Chris had to clean up the mess that I thought was taken care of back in August 2021 (someone else). My brother and I, co-own the house and this is a compilation of our positive reviews.

I had a very good experience with the Benfatti team. Sean and Nick Johnson as well as Terrell Young were very professional. They were on time, clean and tidy, and finished the job in significantly less time than anticipated. I work from home sometimes, and they did a great job working around me and getting it done so I could still do my job.
Benfatti has been the best service for our AC units. Reliable, and all the service technicians are so polite and knowledgeable. They are easy to contact to get service in a timely manner! So happy with them!

Sales and installation were an easy process. Our options for a new HVAC systemwere carefully explained to us, and a fair price quoted. Installation took a day, and the technicians were a real pleasure to work with. Friendly, and competent, they showed us each step of the process. We've used Benfatti for our heating and cooling needs for several years now, and they've always been a pleasure to work with.

As usual Benfatti was great to work with. The technician, Creed Foubare, was courteous, knowledgeable and completed the semi annual check on my two A/C timely. He also replaced a control switch. Easy to schedule appointment and they keep you informed through text when the technician arrives. Always great working with Benfatti’s.

I have used them for a few years now and have always been happy. A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with my outdoor unit. Dylan showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. It ended up being, thankfully, a minor repair. Would definitely use them again.
Mathew installed a new blower motor, he was very professional, well mannered and answered all of my questions. Will definitely call again if I need any A/C service.
Installed my new system about a year ago. They are always professional, communicative during services, and fairly priced. Even during trouble calls, no matter the hour, great staff from management to techs.
Pointed out defects to installation from another AC business. Went above and beyond WITH the service call.
Our A/C drain pan was clogged and leaking in the house. We tried cleaning the pipe ourselves several times but it did not work. We called Boyd's because they have given us 5 star service over the years. It turned out Boyd's was bought out by Benfatti. Kevin with Benfatti came out and did a great job. He cleared the clogged drain and showed us how to take apart the drain pipe so we can keep it clean in the future. We did not know it came apart. He also inspected the whole system (inside antd outside the house) to make sure there were no other problems. He was friendly, explained everything clearly, and answered our questions. We will definitely call them again and Highly recommend Benfatti. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
It’s no one better, you won’t go wrong using this company. To put icing on the cake they even were foot coverings when they come into your home. Very detailed and professional. Great service from a great company.
