On a Saturday night, we had 2 backed up toilets. Backing into the tub and the shower. First the dispatcher called a person who was on a job. When it was apparent he wouldn’t be able to get to us for a while, she called in someone else and called to let us know someone would be here in 30 minutes. We appreciated her efforts and keeping us up to date. Anthony came out and he was amazing! Started by helping me clean one bathroom floor and got to work figuring out what was wrong. He worked for at least an hour, inside and up on the roof. Always letting us know what was going on. He took pictures and explained everything. The people from Perot’s are always professional, helpful and friendly.
Derek came out quickly and did the needed repairs on 2 toilets. He was very professional and friendly. After the repairs he cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased with Derek and would recommend him to others.
My water in fridgerator wouldn't stop running from ice maker an mrs Jeremy came wright out to fix it an he was nice an hold good conversation Bought wat hes doing.
As always, prompt and very courteous! Showed up and had our sewage pipe unclogged within an hour. The technician, Kasey Reed, is awesome. Explained everything and answered all of my questions. Couldn't have asked for better service from a technician. Knew exactly what he was doing. Having the Shield membership with Perot Plumbing/Southern Air saved us so much money. Worth every penny!
We had to use Perot Plumbing for a new dishwasher installation, the water at our house has been hard the original one. Best Buy's Geek Squad was unable to do the installation due to the plumbing being "hard lined" directly to the dishwasher. Kasey & Anthony were great! They showed up within the 2 hour window that was provided. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide a quote and complete the project within the quoted time. We also had a bathroom sink that has had a very limited stream since Snowpocalypse 2020. They diagnosed and fixed a problem with its' aerator and gave instructions that a new faucet would need to be installed, which is easy enough for us to do as a DIY project. Their work is "affordable", The high quality work is both valuable and and reasonably priced. We will most definitely use Perot Plumbing again and encourage others to do the same!
because of the; (Hurricane), we have to scrape up the Cash to remodel. Perot-Plumbing, was one of the first steps. Our roof is coming down, because of the hurricanes Had to have a new ; ( on_demand_water_heater-installed ). Although, heater looks like, it has been, installed- Slightly Crooked, at least, it's functional. The technician completed, an decent job.

This is a horriable plumbing service. Nick came to my mom house to repair her plumbing he charged her over $800 to look at her pipes. She never received a receipt. My mom asked for receipt and never received one. Nick said the manager Mr. Parker will return her call and he never did. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Terriable customer service.

Perot Plumbing sent someone out the day we called. The plumber and his assistant were knowledgeable and efficient. They fixed our problem and ensured it was working properly before they left. If you need fast friendly service give them a call.

Perot Plumbing has handled all of our plumbing needs for years. No job too small or too large! Stopped up toilet to a main sewer line clog, they handled it! Leaking faucets, garbage disposals needing to be replaced, outdoor ice makers installed, and much more..... a company that we trust for all of our plumbing needs!
They installed a drainage system at our house. The yard does not flood anymore when it rains! They did a great job!
Perot plumbing had someone out right away to help fix my leaking sink and my water heater. The plumber was extremely efficient and cleaned up well after himself. We will definitely be using Perot Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.
