Very happy with their service. They were able to send someone to fix my AC on July 4th within a couple of hours of when I called.
Bobby was very professional very well mannered cleaned up after his self diagnosed and fixed the problem. When I told him what was going on and how it was running. He knew right away what to do. I would highly recommend this company and definitely Bobby.
Just wanted to compliment and express my gratitude on the excellent service I received from Southern Air at the Shreveport Location on 6/29/23. Sarah at the office and Jason the Tech that came to my home both went far and beyond to get my AC back up and running on a very hot day. I am a new customer to Southern Air that was transferred over from Service Experts after they closed down their Shreveport location. But was treated like I had been with Southern Air all along. Jason the Tech came straight from a job late in the evening and did not leave my home until 11:30 pm and got my AC back up and running before he left. So far I could not be more pleased with Southern Air's People and Service. It's sure appreciated!
We had a great experience with James Preuett’s visit to our home to analyze our need for a standby generator. He was beyond helpful and generous with his knowledge and information… also patient with two neophytes in the consumer space. Though not a “pushy” salesman (and perhaps because of it), his visit resulted in our purchasing the unit he recommended on the very next day.
My experience with the company was trying at times during the process of having the A/C repair work completed. Despite those times, the service techs that arrived at my residence were nice knowledgeable, dressed accordingly, and listened. In the end my A/C was fixed and it was an educational experience especially towards maintenance and future service as needed.

Southern Air sent Grant to my home yo adjust my temperamental thermostat. He was easily identified my cap and uniform. His knowledge along with professional courtesy proved he is a great asset to Southern Air's success. I would highly recommend both, Grant and Southern Air to others.

Mike V. literally came to my rescue on 1 July. My AC was leaking internally, I could only use it intermittently, and I thought I'd have to get a entirely new system. Mike came with the expertise necessary to fix the issue, the cost was appropriate, and I received feedback on how to maintain the unit, when a good time would be to replace it based on the age and ways to save money throughout the year.
Long time customer. They’ve always exceeded my expectations. They come early, stay late, get it done right. Zach and Cal came on 4th of July and even seemed Happy! Amazing. Thanks again, Guys!
I experienced good service from Southern Air, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing business. The employee, James, that serviced my sister’s house, did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable, skillful, friendly and professional in his work. David, an employee also was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional in his work as well.
They were here as fast as they could be and very quickly solved our current problem - which means that the service rep knew what he was doing! He was pleasant and professional! I was very pleased that Southern Air helped us quickly because my wife and I have health issues.
My unit is 24 years old and many of the parts needed are no longer available. Tim was very thorough and showed me all the components of my system to help me better understand how my unit is supposed to work and what the current issues were. I needed to purchase a new unit and I was able to do that right away and the new unit was scheduled to be installed the very next day! I was able to finance the new unit and I had flexibility with that financing. There were 3 options for new unit and Tim walked me through each of them with detail. I felt very comfortable with the decisions I made thanks to this company. Zachary and Cal did the installation and they were amazing!
James Spearman came out to fix my unit. He was extremely professional, courteous and most of all very knowledgeable. He went straight to the problem and resolved it in a timely manner. He also took the time to explain the company’s services that are offered in which after James Explaining, I took advantage of.

They had someone out the same day I called about our AC system. Tim was great, gave me options and didn’t make me feel like he was only trying to sell me a new unit. They had the new system installed two days later. Zach and his partner did an excellent job on the install. A positive experience all the way around. Very professional.
I called to have someone come out to look at my AC unit. The lady that answered the phone was so personable and helpful. She got me scheduled for the next day. James came out and was probably one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met! You can tell he is very knowledgeable and loves what he does. With me, customer service goes a long way and James is the reason I will use this place time and time again. Professional and personable! Although he was unable to fix my problem, they offer plumbing services as well and the plumber will be out the same day! 10/10 recommend
I was very pleased with the technician, James Spearman. He was professional in not only his knowledge but his customer service in talking with me about my Central Air Conditioning was great. He talked with me about the issue and repaired the unit. I was very pleased with his efficiency as well as proficiency regarding the work that was done. He was definitely 5 stars in all aspects of customer service and satisfaction.
