Performed yearly system maintenance. Technician was Michael Morgan. Very professional. Gave great advice on maintaining unit throughout the year. Very thorough job inside unit and outside unit. Overall excellent job!

Had a leak in my bathroom. I assumed it was coming from the hot water heater but wasn't. Aaron was very thorough and helpful. Explained what was happening, and he went above and beyond to be sure that the situation was resolved before he left. Great job. I will definitely use them in the future.

Mr. Robert and the other workers are absolutely incredible. Over the past four years plus we have had at least three or four different plumbers. We will never call anyone else except Service Expert, heating,air and plumbing from now on. They are very honest, very fair, and very thorough. I recommend this company for all your air conditioning heating and plumbing needs.
Service Experts office is very courteous and pleasant to speak with. Their Technician that comes out is great, Lane is the best. We have had him continue to do our summer and winter service now for few years. We were with another company many years back and we went to the Bossier Home and Garden Show at CenturyTel and meet the team of Service Experts. You guys did a great job in communications and listening and we have been a customer ever since. Thank you!

Out of 3 companies in Shreveport, Service Experts was the only one I called that works on apartments/condos. Lane figured out what was wrong with my A/C and repaired it within an hour. He explained everything to me and was really friendly. My service cost was also really affordable. Would definitely recommend Service Experts for any repair you need.

I am very pleased with my mini-split system. The installation went very smoothy and was done at my timing convenience. Everyone was very professional and considerate of my home. I also just had heating maintance and both Chris and Randal were polite considerate and efficient. They were able to give me good information on heating needs beyond the maintance.

Couldn't be happier or more impressed with our service tech, Lane Snowden. He was amazing, professional, prompt, great communication, friendly...we had an emergency family situation and our A/C unit went out. Lane went above and beyond to diagnosis and repair the issue promptly. He came out first thing in the morning knowing we had to get the unit fixed asap. The power supply to my compressor was fried! Mike came out on the Sunday before Labor Day and took great care! He showed me what was damaged. Warned me about the aluminum wiring in my house. Bad deal there. I’m so glad I got the maintenance contract with Service experts. It has really paid off between tune ups and repairs. Thanks Mike!
