We are so grateful for SBC cooling and heating - They were prompt and helpful with our request. Naturally our ac stopped working in a Friday but William went above and beyond to get us set up the following Monday. Connor made the install process was pleasant and the guys that came out were super helpful and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend again! Thank you.

SBC charged me around $1,500 to replace a condenser fan motor and 2 contact switches last year. Their service technician also kept harping about how our system needed to be replaced over and over the entire time he was here. I had another A/C company come out and evaluate our system since then. They not only informed me that SBC overcharged me by several hundred dollars to do the repairs, but that our system was in great condition and did not need replacing. I will never go through SBC again, they are dishonest and a complete rip off by overcharging big time. The outside fan motor they replaced they charged me over $750 just to do that and supposedly that was at a discount according to the SBC technician. The other A/C company said they would have done the same repair for around $200. The only other thing SBC replaced was the outside contact and the inside contact switches. For that my bill came to about $1500. Their service technician is a dishonest person and a deciever. If I had gone through the second company instead I would have gotten the entire repair done for around $400 with the same parts SBC used. Avoid SBC and find a honest A/C company instead. SBC has forever lost my business due to their dishonest business practices to overcharge customers for repairs/maintenance as well as trying to convince us we needed to go in debt to get a new A/C system simply because our system was almost 10 years old and no other reason. They conveniently handle the whole system replacement as well. No wonder the technician kept harping on replacing our system over and over for the duration of the repair job.
Conor was top notch! Super friendly and knowledgeable! He came in and found out what was going on and got the problem fixed. I will be calling this company again in the future if we have any trouble! I also loved the text alerts and phone call that he was on the way. It was a great experience!

From the intake technician, staff and final product…WELL PLEASED! William, Zach, Connor and Dakota were Knowledgeable, Personable, Professional and you were quite comfortable in their presence (as a person with no HVAC knowledge or terminology) as they explained everything to me in layman’s term. From diagnostic to a new system, they were an all-star team! Look no further, SBC DEFINITELY needs to be your “go-to”!!

William showed up in the time frame set up, introduced himself. He was very friendly, went over company history, discussed what he his action plan was and performed it professionally. He was very informative, I learned some things that I was not aware of. I would recommend your service and use it again myself.
