Power issues from the restoration efforts around the area caused damaged to the outside hvac unit. Moore’s Was quick to respond to my concerns and was able to repair my unit as quick as they could. The technician was experienced and knowledgeable and was able to quickly and efficiently repair the damaged component. Overall was a great experience.
Jaden Moore came to my house in the morning and left to get the part then came back the same day to fix my air conditioner. He was very professional and had my air fixed in no time!
We had a great experience scheduling & the appt with Derek. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and went out of his way to show me a few tips for our AC unit & utility bill. Happy to recommend and will be sure to call again for preventative maintenance.
Every technician who has attended to our unit has been knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Our a/c went out at 8 pm last night and by 11 am, Jason had the problem diagnosed, solved, and cool air was blowing once again on this hot day!
