Phenomenal, HONEST locally owned and operated business. Highly recommend! We called Moon’s for a quote on a new system after another local firm, who we had a service contract with, tried to tell us one of our home’s A/C systems needed to be replaced and showed me 4 quotes that were all very expensive. I’d had second AC company out who gave us a much better quote, but Jason from Moon’s Air was the only person of the three who actually looked closely at our current equipment and pointed out that we should have the condenser unit was in need of a “clean out,” and that this was a necessary step to do before deciding if a replacement system would be necessary. Sad in this day and era that it’s so hard to find honest people. But there it is.. you can trust Moon’s! Based on this experience, I’d highly recommend working with them over any of the giant chains that are taking over the local air conditioning market.
We had our system cleaned including ductwork and vents and evaporator coils last Thursday. There’s a new noise coming from the system now that sounds like a clinking of metal every time the AC turns on. My husband and I both called requesting someone take a look and correct whatever the issue is, and they said they would get someone out here by Wednesday or Thursday. I’ll finish my review after the problem is resolved. They came out and resolved the problem, yay! It was our return air filter making the noise. Jason adjusted it and the noise stopped. He most certainly went above and beyond our expectations. They were very gracious and patient with us. Thank you guys 🤩
They don't do repairs, just want to sell new stuff. I don't see the point of saying much more. Find a trustworthy contractor for your HVAC project, not a glorified sales outfit.
I was very impressed by the quickness of everything. I was going out of town and need the installation done before. They installed the day after I purchased new AC and furnace. Would highly recommend 👌

Moon's Air was phenomenal to work with. They were very knowledgeable and gave us different estimates to look over. Once we decided which route we wanted to take they came out within a week to complete the work. We didn't have any A/C so we appreciated the quick turnaround more than they know. Every employee we came in contact with was extremely friendly, respectful, and pleasant to be around. I would definitely recommend Moon's Air!
They were able to fit me in their busy schedule and also let me know the fees and costs associated with my repair. All of the staff are very friendly also!

We were having air condition problems, was not cooling home. Called them and within 3 hours they had a tech here, and he figured what the issue was. What great service they provided, much appreciated!!

It is rare for me to be satisfied with a company in every aspect of my dealings with them, but I confidently give Moon's Air a 5/5 rating. It was a bit of an ordeal working with me I am sure due to the fact that I had a couple of maybe-not-common things I needed them to work into my new A/C system installation. It was not just a cut-and-dry give me an estimate then immediately come out to perform the work. From start to finish, each and every person I dealt with at Moon's Air had a good attitude AND a good sense of humor, which is of the utmost importance when dealing with me! They were all professional and seemed well-versed in the various positions they hold within the company. Jason came out promptly took a look at what we were working with, gave me a solid estimate, and answered all emails and phone calls in very quick fashion. Preston and Tyler came to do the installation once everything I wanted was finally in place. They were so much fun to have in my home...again, I need folks with a sense of humor! They were calm and methodical, answered questions I didn't know I had, and just did an all-around great job. I also met Mr. Billy once...the overall good attitude and work ethic obviously starts from the top down. After the installation, a wonderful lady (I am SO sorry that I cannot recall her name...old age has brought to me a memory that is not great) to follow up to make sure I was satisfied and to let me know how to manage my warranty registration and such. I am relieved to know that in the future I have these reliable folks to call on for any HVAC issues I might have, instead of just calling around randomly (I am relatively new to the area) in hopes of finding someone reputable and reliable. Give them a chance to EARN your business!
