Rude!
Extremely disrespectful to women.
I refuse to use a business that is disrespectful to fellow community members, especially women. This business has been blocking a loading dock that other community small business owners & others need access to. When confronted politely, & asked to resolve the issue, this business's representative refused to help resolve the issue in any way; was extremely disrespectful. Do better!
Residential work done was horrible. They climbed up 5 story apartment and broke windows. No safety clearly. Poorly installed generators.
Horrible customer service . Be warned. Shame on you. Your employee is doing a horrible job, representing your company by blocking the loading dock so that a doctor cannot move into their new medical office. When the two older women called you, you hung up on them. Shame on you again.
Employees were rude and inconsiderate. When we called the office about it, we were hung up on 3 times.
Witnessed their truck blocking a loading dock. When asked to move since they were not loading or unloading, but only parking for convience they refused. A new tenant was moving into the building and they refused to move their truck and then proceded to be unnecessarily rude to the tenant.
Service order( in Texas )was from 3 to 8 I called to check when someone would be out because I had to be somewhere. They never called back. I called them back and they told me they switched my appointment to the following day. I said I would be home and the guy told me he would be out like the original service order stated. I never said I wanted to change the appointment I just needed a time of when they would be arriving so I could be prepared. I am a family of 6 , 4 which are kids. 90 degrees in my house. He also Then tells me suppliers close at 5 pm. Im curious how would they have done the service order with 8 being the latest they show up. Doesn’t make sense.
