Run!!! Do not use Fitzgerald for home a/c replacement!!! Never welcome in our home again!. They took major short cuts on making profits for them by using my old 26 year Freon lines!!! Asking to replace them and offering them more money there replied (we don’t have any new tubing with us) If I could give them less than one star!!! We told them we would like to keep all used parts they swiped my six mouth old digital thermostat!!! I have learned my lesson. Use a company that has pride and will not steal or take short cuts for more profits. Run from this company!! I read the response below and it sounds like something Bill Clinton would say!! Wag your tail!!!
Do not bother calling I have been a customer for over 20 years and have been trying to set up an appointment with a supervisor for 5 days but so far no return call. When i called to ask about it, the lady on the phone told me “If you can someone faster then do it”. So i have another company coming out today. So much for customer loyality. Dont waste your time.
fast and fair
Call for a leak under the sink and wasn't fix so I called back I was told won't be charge again for same leak but I was this guy came said yes it's still leaking but when he left it stillI leaking and was charge again . twice call same leak and not fix.then try to give them the benefit of the dout and call to check my polit light it came on when he came so he desided to just do a little cleaning and he left and it still just have fan turn on for hours and the polit light don't come on for hours and furnice also can't come on to the polit light come on so the temperature just drop while the fan just runs for hours.I call becky said what heat don't work heater or water heater I said heater y'all just came out on.so she put me throw pat m I left message on machine and he never called me back.he never called me back.. so I lve with no heater as I pay for one to be check and fix.very disappointed I use them for years and gave lots of my business to them.im so disappointed that I won't call no one else I can't put out one more pmt to no one after paying for 3 calls and nothing fix.
Its been a week and im still waiting on them to come out and give me a bid on work we are wanting done for the senior property that I oversee.
Do not trust these people!! They booked me for this morning, after they told me to take the day off and they would be here. They just called and said they can't get to me today. I explained to their office manager that their dispatch person agreed to send a plumber this morning between 8 & 9, and he knew I had to take the day off. She responded "there's nothing I can do about that." Bottom line is you cannot trust these people to stand behind their word!!

I am sorry ! I did not rate this company. I looked back and this is not the only company That my account has reviewed and rated falsely. I apologize to the entire company for this mistake
Don't expect them on time if they show at all. Also don't expect them to let you know. I'm not eating my time on these guys again.
If you're delivering freight, take the side entrance between fire station and pull into back lot, be mindful that it's full of vehicles and theres no loading docks.

Good service but too expensive!
My 80 year old mother had a terrible experience with Universal Plumbing from terrible work, to poor appointment keeping and awful and terribly rude customer service from dispatcher. I decided to help her, so I called Fitzgerald, the company my husband and I use. They were so pleasant on the phone and actually showed up when they said they were!! Robbie, the technician, was helpful, pleasant, kind and competent! He was out of there in less than an hour! I highly recommend this company!!
