Initially I was concerned due to the poor reviews however, I could not have been more wrong. I have used them 3 times and every time, they went above and beyond. They are reliable, able to communicate and accommodate due to scheduling issues on my end. Super friendly and up front with all the changes and costs associated with it. The poor reviews do NOT do them justice. This is a 5+ star company that provides good, honest, quality service.

Lady who answers the phone hardly ever answers the phone unless you call multiple times, and when she finally does answer is extremely rude, both myself and my realtor dealt with her rude behavior every single time we tried contacting her.

From my experience this company is completely unprofessional and has made racist comments to me about the people at American home shield customer service and called them liars and Idiots, would recommend AGAINST using this company for anything, the person that awnsers the phone is un-human,rude and disrespectful. Reached out to local news my experience was so bad .

I was kinda worried that AHS assigned them to us after seeing their 2.5 stars on google but our hands were tied as the only other contractor they could've sent was 3 weeks from having an opening. I have DELT with American Home Shield for several years and know how difficult they can be. Often times (but not always) contractors take the heat for AHS's poor operations and customer service, which we found to be the case here. Comfort Heat&Air came out, had parts on hand and got our A/C running again within 30 min. They even took time to clean the entire outside condenser unit to assist the A/C with future efficient operation. They went the extra mile to make sure we got the most use out of out system. Thanks so much!

Was assigned this business by AHS with the direction to contact to schedule an appt. First, the name given to me by AHS doesn't match the businesses name. Second, AHS didn't supply the phone number so I needed to Google map the number. Thirdly, I've been calling for over two hours to set up an appointment. They won't even answer the phone. I even left a message. With all the previous negative reviews, how is AHS even doing business with this company anymore?

This is the most poorly run company in Shreveport. Avoid at all cost. They are contracted with American Shield and my daughter had no option. She has a special needs child and has been without AC for 10 days. It took two days to return a call. She was told the part that they ordered had been there for 2 work days but since she wasn't called, it would be the next week before they could install it. The repairman who initially came also fried the wires to the furnace fan that he insisted on starting. The office staff are incompetent and uncaring.

Referred by American Home Shield. I was apprehensive at first because of all the bad reviews. I had no problems; repairman arrived at scheduled time...assessed unit needed repairing; replaced part. After about an hour I noticed the unit was not generating heat . i called the office; receptionist was professional said she would have them return that day but did not know what time. The end result was having to have a new unit installed. They guys that did the installation were very professional and arrived at scheduled time.

NEGIVITIVE STARS!!! Absolutely terrible experience...I was having some difficulties with AHS...the lady answering the phone was yelling at me "I'm cutting you off right there!!" I was asking for information they gave AHS...she continued to getting louder...I told her I wasn't accusing thier company of anything...just needed the information the gave AHS so I can speak to AHS... Didn't send me the information...Rude & Disrespectful.. Wouldn't recommend this "SHITSHOW" to anyone!!

Terrible company. Rude receptionist.. came out for initial visit to collect their 75 dollars and was completely rude. It's been almost a month and they will not answer the phone for me or my insurance company to finish the job.. I have 3 babies with no a/c and they saw that but could care less.

There is no one to answer the phone. So I can't give you more details until then other than I have been without air in my house for 8 days at this point.
