Jacob was very respectful, informative, and personable!
Called at 730pm. Showed up at 750 pm. Finished at 805pm. Definitely recommend these guys. Very fast very professional and excellent quality work. They earned repeat business from me. Thankyou very much.
I give Trent and his crew 5 Stars!! They were punctual, clean, friendly, and very professional. They did an excellent job installing two air and heat units along with some duct work. I will definitely use them as my air and heat service company in the future.
I had them completely replace my HVAC system and zone it into two separate areas. They did a very good job on repurposing some of the old duct work to control my cost. I noticed in their ongoing work as well as the final appearance that they have a very high attention to detail and making sure the work is done right. As they were doing their work in my house, I was very impressed by their camaraderie and the professional and courteous way that they spoke to and interacted with one another. With a work environment like that it can only lead to positive outcomes in the end product. I would look forward to a long and healthy relationship with these guys in servicing this unit and any additional work I need.
They have had to come to my house two times and were extremely late both times. And when they get to the house they act ‘slow’. It should’nt be called AirCare heating and cooling services cause my AC broke and they didn’t come for several weeks. Which shows me they really don’t care. This is the CORRECT company because I lived in Bossier City. Not Flordia. The owner would go as far as to lie on a public post. I haven't even said the name, it was put under yet they are accusing me of lying. Worst company in Shreveport/Bossier area ever and I will be going to BBB with a compliant.

Trent and his team were excellent, very professional, conscientious, and very fair pricing. I really appreciate that they showed up on time, with a team, to get the job done. They were careful to put down cardboard on our wood floors to not damage the flooring, they were very organized, they cleaned up after themselves, everyone was respectful and polite. Thank you very much. Looking forward to using y’all for all our cooling and heating needs.
Air went out july 22... still have no air as of August 12... warranty company sub contracted with this company....
Couldn't get them to call back from a warranty claim. Another company had to come out to fix a previous mistake that lead to a leak.
Theses have got to be the best people to do any a/c or plumbing work in Shreveport

My A/C went out at 10pm and my man Trent came out within 30 minutes and had my A/C back up and running in less than 10 minutes. He didn't BS me, he just fixed the problem the right way. This company is exactly what the industry needs. I'm being serious when I say skip everyone else and call AirCare.
AirCare hvac service did a great job. The technicians were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with the service I received.
