Came out on the 4th of July. Had my AC up and running in an hour. Definitely has the best prices.

Called Parish in the morning, got a call when they were heading this way and got my A/C back up and running by 5! After waiting days for someone else to show up and never showing, I'm glad we found y'all!! Thanks Jennifer! I will definitely be calling back for all my a/c & heating problems from here on out!
Air conditioner motor went out during the night with a newborn at home. Parish was the only business that answered our phone call after hours and sent Jennifer to repair our unit within an hour of calling. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the problem we had with our unit and the price was reasonable, even for an after hours call. Highly recommended. I won’t be using anyone else.
While I haven’t dealt with Parish personally, I just heard a really nice story from some family. They are 2 days back home after having a newborn and they noticed their outside unit wasn’t performing very well and making a terrible noise. They were able to get a different company to come look at it in the afternoon. I was present for this and while the guy was nice, he looked like he had “had a day”. Was there a while - charged a good bit - and later that evening the unit went out. It was nighttime, it was 80 degrees in the home and my brother got in touch with Parish. At 5am, Jennifer went out and actually fixed the issue. My brother said she was fantastic and even has a photo of her smiling with the unit after the job was done. They were incredibly grateful - and I am as well! So thank you Parish for doing that for my family and their newborn!

I called Parish Cooling & Heating June 22 to get an estimate on replacing our central unit. Jennifer came out that day and gave me a quote. They were able to beat the 2 other estimates I got by a quite a bit. I expected it to be replaced the following week. I called the office and Erica got us approved for financing and scheduled for install June 23(the next day) within 5 or so mins. Jennifer and Kourtney came and installed our new unit. They were both super nice and very professional. Thank y'all so much for getting us back up and running. Highly recommend Parish Cooling & Heating.

Ms. Jen came out to my home. When 2 other companies had already came over. She was the only person that got under my home to look at everything. When she seen what the problem was she immediately fix it. While the others just wanted to have me spend more money on a new unit. The knowledge this woman has is amazing. She is not afraid to work! Trust me she works really hard. She is honest and professional, she is very friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would. THANK YOU MS. JENNIFER! From your new permanent customer.
Parish cooling & heating is nothing less than professional and passionate in the work they do. They truly made our what was to be “dreadful” experience, easygoing and surprisingly exciting. Jen, Kourtney, and Johnny had come out to our house to install our new unit on time and in a very timely manner. Even after a long hot day, Jen went out of her way to help clean up any mess that had been made. They were all very helpful, and friendly, I felt like I have known them for years by the time they were done with the job. We are also thankful for Erica, for being able to work around our schedule and make sure that our unit was placed in our home as soon as they were able to. Thank you Parish for doing an outstanding job and making our home comfortable again. I recommend Parish to anyone looking to replace/buy a new unit or any of your A/C needs.
Compressor went out and wasn't heating/ cooling properly. Compressor is out and need a new compressor or replace whole unit.

The team at Parish were great. We experienced an AC issue upon returning from vacation. They received our call and were extremely responsive. They were able to get our AC issue resolved quickly and got our house back cooling. I would highly recommend their services. Thanks for the help and great service!
