Thank you for always taking care of me Nathan! I do have a question though. Is it possible to program my phone to the Thermostat? The old one was through my a alarm System and I could ajust it with my phone. Is this Thermostat a smart Thermostat? I will need help programing it.
Our AC unit on the second floor went out this morning, and I gave Merritt Heating & Air a call because they came highly recommended in my neighborhood's Facebook group. They also checked on my aunt's heating system this past winter for me. I've spoken with both Nathan and Logan, and they are both customer-centric and super helpful. The technician that was sent out (Brandon) was so knowledgeable and sweet as well. I look forward to continuing to do business with them. Thanks, you guys! I'm back - another 5-star service by Merritt! I texted Nathan at 9:00pm the Friday before the 4th of July because our downstairs unit was having issues. We're in the middle of a heat wave here, so I didn't want to wait until Monday. Tanner was here at 9:30am Saturday morning and had us fixed up before 10:00am. Whew! Thanks again, brother!

After dealing with another company in the past, and overpaying for repairs, I was dreading having to completely replace my entire system. I am beyond happy with my decision to use Merritt Heating & Air, LLC. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations and were extremely knowledgeable and professional taking into account every little detail to insure proper efficiency. Nathan and his team of professionals came out right away to check on us. The entire process was a breeze, from scheduling to the actual visit. The technician explained what he found during his assessment, and I never felt pressured to change parts that did not need to be done.

I've only used Merritt since I've lived in Saint Gabriel and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their HVAC system.
Our heater went out once the weather turned cold for the year, and we reached out to Merritt. On a quick turnaround they got a service tech to come check our unit, identify the part needing replacing, and got us fixed up and running again. Very happy with them and I gladly asked about and signed up for a yearly maintenance contract to try and upkeep both our AC and heating units to prevent a future breakdown!
They were quick to respond and I didn’t have to go all day without A/C. Professional and great service! Highly recommend
