The service personnel were very pleasant to work with and very professional. I called and a repairman came the same day. Due to the hour of the call, repair service was offered for the next day. The installers were very prompt and work very hard to restore air in my home. I was very pleased with the service.

Initial contact for ac maintenance plan turned into later purchasing two new hvac units. Install team Techs Romalis and Chad were very professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. All my questions were addressed, and a supervisor followed up to make sure I was satisfied with everything before they departed. Highly recommend Surgi’s for AC maintenance, repair, installation.

My technician Gavin was very professional and explained what occurred. Surgi sent a technician out within 24 hours of my call. With the hot temperatures lately, I was glasd I did not have to wait for service.

Prompt and courteous. Kane had my toilet fixed without a mess or hassle. He communicated with me about everything along the way. I felt very comfortable having him in my home to service my toilet. He was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this business.
The condensate line from my two A/C units got plugged up. I called Surgi's and they were able to send my technician Adam out the next day. This is remarkable because we have been having record heat and I'm sure their phone is ringing off the hook. Adam immediately recognized the problem and how to clear the line. He also set me up with some enzyme strips to help prevent the problem from recurring. Great job - efficient and timely.
The two installers Chase and Isaiah were professional and and respectful. They explained everything that would be done and how it would be done, which was very much appreciated. A/C and heater installation.
Cesar was outstanding in all phases of services. A very dedicated individual who left nothing undone. Very social and left the work area cleaner than before he came. I observed how attentive to Roberto and provided hands on detail. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful in giving tips for getting the most performance from our new system.

Justin worked diligently most of the day to diagnose the problem with my brand new unit. Apparently not obvious at first. He didn't quit and even past the issue on to a technician to take over the next day. Seem to have located the problem and have a part on the way.

I’ve never had a service call happen so expediently! Made the call today, and within an hour, I had a wonderful technician, Adam Abdelmuhsen, who arrived quickly, ready to work. Adam was so kind, and professional and he diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to help resolve the problem with my ac unit. He really made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He even went so far as to get me scheduled with an installer, after realizing a replacement was what I needed. Thanks so much!!

Mark called to say he would be my technician and what time he was coming. He arrived on time and explained what he would be doing today before he started. He reviewed all his work with photos at the end of his service to allow me to make decisions on any other issues that needed to be resolved. I was very pleased with his assistance today. I would definitely recommend him.
