The experience I have had with this company was awesome ,both times. I had no clue what the problem was with the A/C . But I didn’t have to worry about it either cause Mr.Patrick got the job done .
I highly recommend Mr. Prosper for all of your A/C needs! He was timely, professional, and immediately knew what the problem was.
Patrick was very responsive and flexible on timing to come and repair our AC unit. We appreciated his honesty on pricing/estimating, punctuality, and how quickly he resolved our problem. Would highly recommend!
Patrick Prosper is very UNPROFESSIONAL. He was called to provide service and upon a follow up call to confirm, I expressed to him that we had found some else in short order and forgot to call him, he proceeded to hang up in my face. I will NEVER solicit his services again. As a professional, he should’ve understood that a six hour wait to receive AC service in New Orleans in June is a stretch especially if one works from home.

Patrick and his helper were excellent. They were very professional and went right to work. My compressor motor was swapped out in no time at all. It cools like new. I would definitely recommend Prosper.
Amazing
I had them out for a leak on my mini split then a month later it stopped cooling. I had to chase after to first complete the work the first time and then to get a quote on reinstall. When I decided to go through my home warranty, Patrick told me he would tell them I need a new coil. I would have to pay a little out of pocket for parts that I didn’t have but he would put the claim in. Then he reports to the warranty company that it was faulty installation not wear and tear. He is the only one that worked on the unit. After they denied the claim I found another contractor that did it for 1/3rd the price.
Very professional and knowledgeable
These guys were wonderful! Friendly, communicative, professional, followed COVID safety protocols. Diagnosed my issue immediately and fixed it. Installed a smart thermostat that was being a little tricky, but stayed and thoroughly tested it to make sure it was up and fully functional before leaving. Found them through my home warranty after have a very bad experience with one of American Home Shield's other go-to contractors (Express Heating and Air). Will definitely request them in the future.
Great service and great attitude. Patrick was great. He came in, kept everything clean and had me up and running in no time. Definitely recommend.
