They came out and fixed the issue but after looking at the service, they charged double what the going rate was for this specific issue. I will definitely go with another company next time. This was not an emergency call or weekend job.
Worst company ever. I agreed on things with them on phone. Tech called before he reached site and neglected everything we agreed on. Tried to overcharge me $600 for a leak test. I don't recommend. Either teach your employees how to work, or be crystal clear with your customers from the start
Great customer service! I recently had an emergency situation at my short term rental where my AC and thermostat completely stopped working! I called Precise Comfort and Climate Specialists and they were able to come out and repair the issue in less than 24 hours! The specialist was very professional and maintained excellent communication with me throughout the process. He sent pictures of what needed to be repaired, and made sure that I agreed to the cost of services prior to initiating the repair. 10/10 recommend this company
I had our A/C looked at when it stopped blowing cold air. Was told that the condensing unit needed to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion and called Precise. They were able to come out the next morning and found that a capacitor had been wired incorrectly when it was previously serviced. Precise saved me $3600! Couldn't be happier that they helped extend the life of the current condensing unit.
Replaced two 14 year old air conditioners at my home. Very reasonable price and great service. They responded immediately with the quote, and the installation, and everything was done very professionally with attention to detail. Wouldn't hesitate to call Melvin, and Precise, again for any of my A/C and heat repairs and service. Great job!
My house was hot as my AC wasn’t cooling and they came out on a Saturday night and fixed it. Other places advertised 24/7 service but didn’t return calls or couldn’t assist me. These guys are the real deal. Thank you!
Precise Climate and Cooling Specialists are the real deal. Very professional, and smooth and easy communication. They made this effortless and easy! This is how an AC company should work. Sadly, most don’t work this way. We won’t work with anyone else again! They are trustworthy and GOOD PEOPLE! Highly recommend and I’m so glad we found them!

These guys did the work required on short notice which I appreciate but they also charged an exorbitant amount to do so, charging roughly 2-3 times what they should have.
Overall my experience was fantastic. I called Precise at 7pm on a Monday night with a need for troubleshooting for my A/C system as it was no longer cooling and the condenser unit was damaged. They were very responsive and scheduled me a tech first thing the next morning. When I called they immediately answered my call. I called a number of other big name ac companies in the area and they all were answered by an answering service that could not even give me an estimate for when I would get a call back let along get a tech out. Precise approached my situation not by looking at how much money they could make off me but by what I actually needed. After troubleshooting, they noted I needed a new condenser unit as mine was cracked. They also leak checked the system to make sure there were no other leaks. They were able to diagnose the issue, install a new condenser unit, and get my ac system fully operational same day. Finally pricing was extremely fair. I can’t say enough good things about this experience and would recommend them to anyone for their ac needs!
Let me preface by saying this may be long. but deserving of my time. Precise Comfort and Climates website has an emergency request feature, like many do. However, the difference here is I actually received a call back as promised, within 10 minutes. The person that called me back, to my surprise, was a local boy. Not a call center routing my request to various unknown people for the first taker. I recieved patient listening to my hyper anxiety, brought on by past experiences. He calmed me down, gave me a time, a promise the Tech would call when In route. I received it all. They gave me respect that my time is valuable. The feeling that thy fit me in, or keeping their schedule superceded my problem was never experienced. Unlike others. I felt comfortable in HUMBLING my financial situation with the need to keep my OLD system going as long as I can. PC&C has the complete understanding of the entire workings of old and new systems. They have been great listeners empathizers and willing educators. I've been given a structured plan with the ultimate inevitable later than sooner. My AC is running and cooling my home great. When it is time to install a new system, PC&C will be my guys. I trust them. I've been given hope that their are still company's out their founded in integrity, There is someone i can count on to have my back. Sincerely, TKHodges
Melvin is the man! Not only did he seem extremely expert and fixed our A/C like new, he found a gas leak and fixed that as well.

Great company! Called them first thing in the morning. They made the time to come out and take a look at the problem in the middle of their busy schedule before lunch time.. Found and fixed the problem with full transparency. Explained exactly what the problem was and what the solution was. Can't thank them enough!
I can not give Precise Comfort enough stars! I called them in a bit of a panic. I called all over and no one could provide me same day service, but Precise Comfort did. They were on-site within an hour and the AC was fixed within another hour. They explained the issue, showed me pictures, and charged me a very fair price. They will be my go to HVAC repair and maintenance team for my New Orleans home.

I highly recommend Precise AC! They worked within my budget to find the best choice for my new central air and heating system. Installation was fast, clean, and done right. The crew was a pleasure work with. They were all very friendly, and professional. My entire experience with Precise AC was wonderful. I have worked with many companies in the past, and have been disappointed. I am so grateful to have finally found an HVAC company that I can trust, and rely on!
They were very honest, other A.C. company wanted to replace the unit. They did a complete maintenance and the unit is working like new. Thank you Melvin, highly recommend them.
Melvin and his team are some of the best in the business. I have been using them for all of my AC/refrigeration needs at my restaurant for a few years now, and couldnt be more satisfied!
