Problem is that Grainger no longer has the products in stock. The reason I have used them for so many years is bc they had what I needed right then and there. That's why I didn't mind paying a premium price. Now the prices are the same but everything needs to be ordered.
Helpful knowledgeable and can get you the same thing you need quickly if not right then and there.
Easy to access, professional y courteous staff--we purchased a culvert at Grainger after pricing it at Tractor Supply y Lowe's. Grainger was half the price y charged no shipping! My wallet appreciated it 💰

For the one's who try to get it done but they don't have what you need.
Customer service is horrible! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. When you call their local phone number you actually speak to someone in another state that is unable to get in touch with anyone at the branch you ordered from. They emailed me that part of my order was discontinued so I ordered a different product. Then the discontinued product comes in for pick-up. The other part of my original order, that should have come in by May 5, is now expected to come in by May 17. I placed this order on April 19. This is the most disorganized company I've had the displeasure to deal with!
