My AC was leaking Freon in October, they put Freon in it and charged me 290.00 and could not find a leak. Two months later it’s leaking Freon again and they still could not find a leak but they said it was going to be the coils. They wanted to shut the system down for 24 hours to put it on vacuum to find the leak. Gave me an estimate of 2,000 to 2500.00 to fix it. I called another company who found the leak and replaced the coils for 1650.00 in one day. The new company itemized the estimate and told me the coils were 850.00. I was with Cool Air for 5 years with a maintenance contract. They overcharge and nickle and dime you! I have cancelled my contract with them!
Cool air is amazing! They are a very honest and caring company. They service my buisness ac needs as well as my personal house. The telephone service is awesome and so are the guys that come out.
I called in for maintenance service for my unit and received an appointment for the next morning!!! Justin was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable...thanks again Cool Air you all always meet and exceed my expectations!!!
We've been using Cool Air for 5 years now and they have always been quick to respond and often the same day or latest....the day after...Justin is awesome and knows his stuff as is the owner Jonathan. And Ms. Stephanie and Ms Patricia who do the scheduling and lots more are a kick and always seem to have great energy.
I have used Cool Air a few times over the years for general services and they have always been on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Just had my AC serviced by Justin and he spent additional time going over what he did and how to keep things running smoothly in the future. I would recommend!
Cool Air has taken good care of us for many years. Today, though, they really went above and beyond. Here it is, right before Memorial Day weekend; and our AC is struggling with 90 degree heat. I called to ask if anyone could come check our freon levels; and literally, within 5 minutes, Justin arrived to do just that. AND, he was wearing a mask! They are the BEST! Thanks y'all!
Last year we got a new AC unit installed in our restaurant by cool air as they recommended since previous unit was old and system Was not big enough to cool down the restaurant. Since then we are having issues with the place being too hot. They keep coming back to try to fix it but it still does not get any cooler each time they tell me system is working fine but why is it so hot here??? Kitchen is upset, front of the house is upset?? Why should I have to keep paying if you can not cool the place down?
