Under no circumstances use this guy, his name is Ciro Pennino. The refrigerant line for a total replacement HVAC system was put into a larger pipe, smashed with pliers and brazed shut. Will be reporting to the proper authorities Monday morning for all the code violations. I would of never found out if he came to unclog the condensate lines when they were backing up causing damage to kitchen ceiling, which I ended up doing myself. Both overflow switches that are meant to prevent such damage from happening were not operational. There is also a random hole in the top of the air handler that looks like it was made with a hammer and screwdriver. Pathetically shoddy work, and I paid $7500. I contacted him because of the 5 star rating which I suspect are largely fake reviews/friends because if you look at the people claiming the great service have one and only one review for him. If you want to pay thousands of dollars for code violations and then never hear from him again go ahead and call this guy.
Great company outstanding service and customer service the only thing witch brand of hvac equipment do they offer because the only brand I want in my home is carrier nothing else but carrier
We went into the summer with a 35 year old air conditioner that we have kept working with duct tape and hope. We thought it might last one more summer, but no. Gretchen and Ciro came over and saved us. Now we can go back to ignoring the Louisiana heat with a lower energy bill too. Thanks Trinity!
I was sold when Gretchen answered the phone on my initial call with "What can I do to make you smile today?". Customer service is everything. Prompt service on our faulty AC unit at our condo. Kevin, the service technician, worked long and hard to get our place cool and cozy!
Keith and Tony came out today to save us from boiling and they were great. Two terrific guys that were very knowledgeable and personable. I will continue to use Trinity Home Services and I highly recommend this company
It has been about nine months since Trinity installed my new A/C system and I couldn't be more pleased. My home is so much more comfortable, it does not feel nearly as humid as it did before. The system is much quieter and is on a third less time as the old one which leads to lower electric bills. These facts alone should be enough but more than that is the friendly service and truly nice people. Make them your first, last, and only choice.
Trinity has been awesome taking care of my dad and his family for the last year when his AC went out. They were friendly and professional and solved his problem quickly at a critical time of the year.

Extremely fast response time and very personable people. They called be back within 15 minutes of placing the service request on Yelp and were able to be to my house within 2 hours. When they guys showed up they introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable about inviting people I didn't know into my home. They listened to the issues I was having, gave me a quick run down of the items it could be and immediately went to work. One began on the thermostat while the other went outside to look out there. Within just a few minutes they diagnosed the issue, corrected the problem, and ensured it was properly working. They offered great advice about how the entire system is looking to need replacing very soon based upon its age and condition. This was expected to hear so its not as if they are just trying to sell me on something that isn't needed. Absolutely outstanding company and people! If you don't give them a call, you'll just never be that cool...

Trinity Home Services was a life saver! I needed to have my new electric oven hooked -up and they came out the same day. And it was the day after Thanksgiving! The staff was professional and courteous. Safety is their number one priority when dealing with electricity. We are so glad we had Trinity to handle the job. Ciro did a fantastic job for our family. They came at off hours when our AC went down, worked quickly, solved our problem in less than 24 hours, communicated clearly, and were affordable. Highly recommended!
Cant say enough about this company. My electricity was shutting off in different areas of my house and ACs stopped working all together . I called entergy and then made the smart decision to try Trinity and they came to my rescue in an hour at 840pm on a SUNDAY NIGHT. Great service and explained everything that was going on. My next step is getting a generator installed with them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My AC completely stopped running and after an unsuccessful attempt with another company.. I found Trinity Home Services and called them. I spoke with Gretchen, who was a complete delight to speak with and she was able to have an appointment for me first thing the next morning on a Saturday. Ciro, the owner, arrived right at 8am and thoroughly checked ALL the AC components. He had my AC up and running in less than an hour!! I've always been cautious when dealing with AC/Electrical companies, but this company ranks #1 in my book! The people are great and I couldn't be happier with the experience I had. Honest and reasonable pricing, excellent customer service and very professional! Seriously, best people and company I've encountered in this field!
