Had two ac units to house, ask is it possible two go with one, was told yes and went with one unit that would be big enough to manage the house. Oh everything is going to be much better I was told. Your bill sure me much cheaper, my electric bill is even more, cause the moisture in the house. My ceiling is meldew, kitchen cabinets and shelves falling of walls ,floor damage cause have wooden floors. Had one guy that came in for service took pictures of ceiling, and no response.

We woke up to our system not working on the weekend and were frantic to find someone to come out. After several calls to other places One Hour Air scheduled us an appointment and we had someone at the house in under 2 hours, on a Sunday. Josh was amazing! Professional, a wonderful technician, and such a pleasure to talk with. He was able to immediantly diagnose the problem and tell us what we needed to do. We were extremely satisfied with the his service and the price of repair. You've got a loyal customer in us now and we will absolutely be requesting Josh again, if available. :) Thank you!

Jeremy D. is not only a wonderful technician, but an all-around great person. He is very respectful, and courteous. Jeremy explained the issues I was experiencing with my air conditioning system, and provided thorough, honest feedback.
