The Manager was like talking to a robot he was not rude, but he didn’t seem like he wanted to help me. I did not feel welcome in that store at all.
Just get out from here and they just told me I can return the sthil demo saw that don't even work... If u want to buy something here thinking twice before and then you got pay for checking out the tool no matter if is under warranty

STIHL SERVICE - ripoff. Cost $60 per jnit to pass it into the shop, plus whatever parts and labor are needed. Can’t say I’d recommend this place for STIHL Service.

I have been purchasing from this site ever since I spotted the Northern Tools sign from the highway, have purchased all my Milwaukee packout pieces here and started buying from their online site many years ago and was glad to see a local store to purchase from.
Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing quality equipment and service.
Safe Wash Solutions is a large pressure washing and soft washing company in SouthEast Louisiana, Northern Tool has many items, and parts that we can get locally when in a bind for any job.
Nice store.don't, shop in store very often due to it takes me over an hour to drive. Store is located on the other side of New Orleans almost to the airport. So try to shop on line. Have been to the store, and there is a good set up and a good selection of the items that Northern Tool sales.
