We have been customers of NASH for almost a decade and can not say enough good things about this company. We finally had a critical emergency with our unit and we were able to get a tech out within an hour and fix it (on a Sunday!). Highly recommend using this company for your heating & a/c needs!
Don't do business with Nash AC. I called Nash and asked them to come to my home and "provide an estimate" for replacing my duct system due to constant condensation issues. They charged me $99.95 on 9/9/2022 for the person to come out. The technician came out and looked around and said he would go back and meet with his management and send me an estimate. I did not receive an estimate. I called 2 weeks later and asked about the estimate. They said they would check on it. Crickets! I called again and asked for a refund of the $99.95, then again, and again. Each time they said they would send a check. Crickets! I made my last call to them on 4/12/2023. They told me that the owner would call me. Crickets! Bottom Line - Nash charged me for a product but did not give me the product.
I am a local residential building contractor and I chose Nash to service my homes HVAC system. Very prompt and professional service.
Installed a new compressor that stopped working within the hour. Installed another compressor that lasted less than 4 months. Still charged us almost $2,000 to replace a compressor under warranty. We will never do business with them again.
Trying to get an estimate to replace my central air. Since did not receive the estimates by email as promised by technician ( a week after technician came to house ) sent a text to him to check on status. He responded text saying “Sorry for the delay we are very backed up right now and cannot take on any new customers “. If I wouldn’t sent text I would be like a fool waiting on the estimate . My point is I would have appreciated if I was told this before that Nash is not taking new customers so why coming to my house to waste my time??
Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Politeness! John came out to troubleshoot my A/C issues. Turned out to be the capacitor. Replaced the faulty capacitor in short order. Gave the system the "once over". Checked the attic drain pan, etc. Reviewed the systems age and condition with me. Very thorough. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Replaced units inside and out. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable crew completed the job before the "work day" was done. They even left the area cleaner than it was before they started working!!
The three young men from Nash Heating and Air were great. They were polite and professional all day. The job was not an easy one. Our office and warehouse were very busy and they managed to work around trucks and forklifts and customers. I would also like to thank Michael and Kevin Nash for taking care of us so fast and for having well trained employees who did a great job and left the office cleaner than when they arrived.
Thank you to team Nash for taking such good care of us! Alex provided a comprehensive evaluation and plan for our home HVAC needs and Nash's team of technicians went above and beyond in skill, professionalism, and execution. For example, the lead technician saw an obsolete humidifier in our attic and took the time to discuss with me, remove it, and even spoke to our plumber (who was working onsite at the same time) to have him cap off the water line, which we didn't even know existed! Thank you for your hard work on improving our home. We will enjoy it for many years to come!
Mike C came out to install and instruct me on a new thermostat. Very professional, explained everything so I could understand and was patient with my learning curve. Great service technician, Nash!
Seems to be very difficult getting service after the sale. System is still under warranty but can't seem to get response and system is down.

NASH came out the same afternoon that we called them. Mike was our technician and he was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the work he did in our home to repair our HVAC system. We are extremely satisfied and give NASH the highest rrecommendations!! They are our AC company from today forward!
I have utilized the bi-annual (Fall & Spring) maintenance service offered by NASH for many years and found it to be very beneficial insuring that the equipment is working properly and efficiently. It also, IMHO, likely reduced unexpected "breakdowns" in times of most need. Johnny is my technician of choice. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and dependable. Moreover, he is friendly, patient, and trustworthy. Like everything else, the cost of the service is steadily increasing, but for now, I consider it a justifiable expense and sound investment. DRC

I highly recommend using Nash! Our units were 39 yrs old so they had to do a little extra to bring us up to date. Alex Nash was so helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed in making this important purchase. He was with us every step In this process. The crew showed up on time. They were polite, courteous and very neat. We are very happy and plan to use them again in the future when we replace another unit.
