Excellent company all around. Every person who has come to my home and who we have dealt with in the office has been professional, courteous, and knowledgable. The prices are reasonable and the response time is excellent. This is our HVAC company for life.
The technician that came today was outstanding. He called and arrived exactly on time. He was courteous and explained exactly what maintenance work he was going to do. I have been using Burkhardt since moving to Covington six years ago. I highly recommend Burkhardt for your for your air conditioning and heating repair and maintenance.
Professional and helpful in understanding what was being done to fix the issue. Nick was polite and got the job done. A/C is working and cooling the house properly.
3 weeks and 5 phone calls later and I still do not have an estimate from them. Every time I’ve called they’ve insinuated they are going to get right on it and then nothing. Finally reached the point where I gave up trying and I will just take my business elsewhere. Save yourself the time and headache by finding another company.

We have used Burkhardt for years for AC and Heating, and just recently they installed our whole home generator. We were very pleased with the way they handled the whole process; they made it really easy. We highly recommend them.
I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Burkhardt AC. It’s not easy doing this type of work in the old French Quarter building where I live, but Sean and Jerad did a great job. Jerad bulldogged the problem for a whole day to see the job through to the finish, and he remained pleasant and positive the whole time. I cannot give him a better professional compliment than that! Once I would have said to use these guys because they're worth every penny, but now I would advise you to shop around. After personnel changes, etc., this is just another AC company, but they are still charging as if they were that high quality and high service that you respected. Sad, actually.
