We called these people on 25 August. They did not call us back until 15 September.
These guys helped us out after Hurricane Katrina. We have used them for AC repair ever since. You really have to be careful in this town what kind of AC people you get. There are a lot of grifters in this business. Call the old school reliable and qualified people like Bienvenu brothers!
Great service. Diagnosed and fixed water heater problem that stumped other plumbers. Only complaint- the lady that answers the phone and schedules appointments is very rude.
David Woods was my technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend using them if you have any plumbing needs.
Responded quickly to our sewer issue. They finished the work promptly and at a very fair price. This was the second time we had used them in a month (had a different issue with our tankless water heater, which they also fixed) and we will use them again in the future.
My tankless water heater stopped working. Seeing the model and age of the system, the technician guessed at the cause before he opened the cover. So about 30 seconds to diagnose the problem...the circuit board was fried. Unfortunately, not repairable, and to add to the sting... an identical unit servicing the other half of my duplex was already well on its way to burning up and failing at any time. The technician, David, was a total pro... empathetic that I was not planning on replacing two systems...and he did not pressure me into doing anything about it right then and there. The minimal visit fee for the diagnosis would have been more than fair if I had decided to take a few days to shop around. I decided to have him replace both units with new systems he recommended for quality and reliability. I don't think I would have saved much shopping it around, and I am certain I got my money's worth in terms of a quality product and professional install that will stand the test of time.

David and Kane did everything work. They were professional, quick, and nice to or dog. We we definitely use Binvenue Bros again.
Don't bother calling these guys. First time I ever called this business and the girl who answers is extremely rude. They will speak to you like they do not need your business.

We were in a pinch when our kitchen sink stopped up on a Saturday evening of a HOLIDAY WEEKEND with several out of town guests staying with us. We needed to get the kitchen sink unclogged as soon as possible so I called Bienvenu Brothers Plumbing and they went above and beyond what I expected. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, answered all of our questions, and most importantly got our sink working again! I highly recommend Bienvenu for ALL your plumbing needs!

C.N. Finley Plumbing was a great find - I was always pleased with there service since I bought a house in Metairie in 2007. When they went out of business, and merged with Bienvenu Brothers, I certainly gave the company a try. Bienvenu Brothers was and is very disappointing to me. After using them 3 times, I will never again. My house was built in the 1940's and requires lots of maintenance. I had some pipes replaced after the freeze (1/2018). Ended up replacing all the fixtures in the bathroom tub/shower, but the drain lever was still not functional. They would not come out to fix it unless I was there, even though I left a key, and was unable to be there personally.
Replaced a bathroom faucet and a ceramic cylinder on the kitchen faucet. Resealed around another faucet. All quality work and professional. Walter and Kane were terrific and professional.
We used Bienvenu to repair and replace pipes under our kitchen zinc. They were prompt, did good good and were reasonable. Very pleased.
I had a bad experience. They were not there when I needed them. They would put me off and delay coming. I felt that they didn't want my business.
