As the weather is heating up, we realized we needed a repair on our unit. Our service provider showed up in a timely manner and was not only quick, but was super friendly to every member of our family, even the dog! Called to have our heat looked at after it stopped working. Because the weather was going to be bad, Air One made an extra effort to check it out timely and perform maintenance. Our HVAC was about 25 years old, so we also decided to replace it. Stefan and his team could not have been better or more professional. Not only did they do the new install, but they brought our old house up to where it should be and continued to follow-up with us on how things were going. The whole house feels cleaner and more refreshed than ever. Should have called Air One a long time ago!
Air One does a fabulous job! I've been on their service plan for 4 years, every Spring and Fall they do a complete system inspection, repair any issues they find. If I do have a problem away from the semi-annuals they get me on the schedule promptly and resolve my issues right quick. I get possessive with technicians, I want the same person every time, and they accommodate that. I highly recommend Air One.

Our heater stopped working completely last night, and the house was so cold this morning! We have an old HVAC system, and I was dreading a huge bill and dealing with the hassle of having someone out. I called Air One at 8:30 am, and Rob was at my door at 10:15! He checked the entire system carefully, even once he had narrowed down the issue, and even set up a temporary repair to warm up the house while he had to go get a part. He was so polite and professional, the repair was done by noon, and a fraction of the cost I expected! Since I mentioned that we know we'll be replacing the old system in the future, he emailed an estimate along with my receipt, and it's almost half of what we were quoted by another local company! We'll be using Air One, and recommending them highly.

Air One provided outstanding service from scheduling the technician to the completed job. My technician, Richie arrived earlier than scheduled and called me to see if I was available. Flawless installation of the Google Nest thermostat. Richie took time to help me get the thermostat connected to the nest app and showed me all the features. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Great service!!! Will be using Air One moving forward for all my maintenance and repairs.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Air One for many years. They have repaired, replaced and maintained both of my AC and heating units. Their advice and opinion have been "spot on" in every issue that has come up. Their 5" filters help to keep the dust to a minimum. If you need a reliable and responsive company, Air One is perfect.
