They came out and installed my new ac unit today. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable about their work. They explained everything to me and let the site cleaned up.
They came and looked at the unit. Ask me what was going on and I told him that it's humming sound that sounds like it going back and forth. He mentioned something about having it in his truck and came back and said he doesn't have any in his truck. Then proceeded to tell me he would be back Friday. But no one showed up at my residence bc I was home all day...So that Monday I called the office to mentioned about what happened to him coming back. They told me he been here and fix my problem...I told the guy on the phone no one came here sir. He stated his guy said he been there. Lies! Lies!
They came out and did the warranty on the unit that failed do to manufacture causes
