I love Lee's we have been with the new owners since 2012 at least and we're with the original owners before. Johnathan came out Thursday within and hour. I called at 3:30 . I have know him for years and I always look forward to seeing him. He has to be the most honest ac guy out there. Unfortunately we need a whole system of sorts and it is in stock. Thank God! Horrible, just horrible! They either straight up lied to me or do not know how to diagnose AC issues. The tech told me I had zero Freon and to fill and find the leak it would be 2k then probably another couple k to fix it so I should buy a new one for 8k! He treated like he thought he could pressure me into his BS quote. I called Chapman’s and got a second opinion… turns out I had Freon and just a valve needed replacing and a little Freon. They were respectful, professional and fixed it in less than an hour for only $850! I will only call Chapman’s from here on out.

The actual HVAC tech was very polite, very informative, its the support staff at the main office that is beyond atrocious. Called 5 times to schedule a cleaning that we were quoted by the HVAC tech, lady just kept saying she couldnt find the quote, with no offer of solutions nor a care in the world. She was extremely rude and didnt even listen to us. We didnt CARE about the quote, we wanted our AC cleaned ASAP before summer moved in, we were willing to pay whatever it was, we truly didnt care about the price. will NEVER use this company again, despite how good the HVAC techs were. if you cant schedule them, then what good are they? will be reposting with several accounts to make sure others notice this dd

I purchased a new ac and heating unit in 2016. Since then I have DOUBLED the original sales price of the unit I purchased in repairs. I have had 4 compressors and all cost over $1000 cost to me. Coils have been changed, leak in attic that caused ceiling to leak in my bedroom which cost another $1,500 in damage I had to pay. I definitely got a lemon. Don’t buy from this company unless you like paying double!
