The man was very poite and professional
DeepSouth AC did a phenomenal job installing a ductless HVAC unit. The communication was seamless, they stayed on task, and the attention to detail in their work really shows. I highly recommend them!

Don't expect a call back from them. After our new central was installed NEVER heard back for months for our free service we were promised for the yearly matinence!! Find someone else don't waste your time with this company!!!!

This was the second time I have used DeepSouth AC in the last two weeks. The tech that responded the first time was Robert, an awesome guy, super knowledgeable and professional, was in and out really quickly and got us going with ice cold air. Today I had to call them to come out again for a separate issue and again I was lucky enough to have Robert come out with another tech named Tyler. Same as last time, really professional, quick and very affordable. You cannot go wrong with these guys. I vouch for them 100%!
DeepSouth AC did a great job repairing my gas furnace. Robert was very responsive and professional - showing up the same day I called to inquire and replacing the parts a few days later once they arrived. I appreciated the transparent, no nonsense discussion about the repair and pricing. I've had bad experiences with other HVAC businesses using visits as a sell-up opportunity to get me to buy a new unit; this wasn't the case with DeepSouth. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and I would use DeepSouth again!
Devin did a maintenance service on my Tempstar and cleaned out the drain pipe. Awesome service. Highly recommend.
After our home warranty company said it was going to be 2 weeks to get the part, we could no longer wait for them so we called deepsouth and they came out that day and replaced out condenser unit. Finally have a cold house again!!! Highly recommend.
Had a great experience with DeepSouth AC. They showed up asap when I needed them and gave me cost effective options to replace my old A/C. Both Devin and AJ were very friendly and professional. They spent extra time making sure I was satisfied with my new unit.
Deep South AC was doing a repair at a neighbor’s house & I coincidentally needed to have an HVAC company check my system. Devin was very nice, courteous, & took the time to assess my needs. I called the office to see schedule a service call since they were just across the street. I completely understood when I was told their schedule was pretty full since it was a Friday, a short week following Memorial Day, & would probably have to come back another day. Next thing I know, Devin was ringing my doorbell to say he completely checked my system & said everything was fine. He recommended a service to improve the efficiency of my system & said his office would send a quote. Super fast service, friendly, courteous, & professional. I’ll definitely hire them in the future for my HVAC needs. I highly recommend! Great job, Deep South!
Ben was nice and professional. He told us the problem with our AC and fixed it. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding our old AC. Highly recommended for AC services.
No good. Had duct work done and leaked, no seal and strap. I highly don’t recommend them. I wouldn’t rate them 1 Star

These guys are awesome!!! Another company in town had told me that I needed to replace my whole unit outside and inside. The technician for DS said that wasn’t the case and we could just have a main coil replaced and the unit outside. Appreciate the honesty and punctuality. They had it done in less than a morning. Would for sure recommend to anyone
