Dupuis always comes to my rescue the same day I call & they are quick to diagnose & try to keep my old systems running! They never give up on a unit until it is totally dead!

If I could give more stars I would! Amazing service and staff! We needed a new AC asap and they really made the process easy and stress free.
The ac and dehumidifier are working great, the owner initially was very receptive to my questions and they can be flexible on pricing. The demo/installation crew were very nice and mostly considerate. Unfortunately, the installation crew was a bit sloppy, leaving wiring on the ground, filling the house with saw dust when making a register hole, leaving portions of the attic uninsulated where they worked and leaving construction materials in the attic. The AC closet door frame was damaged and no mention of it was made to me, and debris was left in the AC intake registry. Maybe paying a little more is worth it.
This company has been quick to respond. Professional and friendly. Have used them twice.. Highly recommend.

We have used them since we moved here. Very knowledgeable, helpful and clean up after there job. We had an old unit they serviced it and kept it running until we replaced it. Trust worthy and honest.
I little over a year ago Dave Jr installed a new $7000.00 unit and now will not service it. I called him on a service call for my sister who lives behind me and Dave told me that she needed a new unit (coils leaking and other problems). My sister got a second opinion and was told coils were not leaking and unit could be fixed for $500.(3mo later unit is working great) When I told Dave she wanted to go in another direction he became agitated and thought my sis should have negotiated with him on new unit. When I realized how agitated he was I told him this had nothing to do with our 30yr relationship I started with his dad and that my sis choosing another vendor was her right especially considering that she had, by Dave's own admission, a lot of problems with her units. (she was on her 3rd unit within 25 yrs) I'm contacting Ruud to file a complaint. Again, he will not service a unit under warranty.
Good people, can tell they do business "the right way". Very careful to educate their customers. They've got a great reputation with us, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing AC or heating help!
