J. Ferret A/C & Heating will be my go-to for HVAC work in the future. They take the time to diagnose the issue in order to make the necessary repairs. Saving me both time and $ with my rental unit. My furnace would not get the unit above 60 deg - Damien came out and assessed the furnace and found my heat strip to be bad. He went to the supply house, replaced the heat strip, and now my unit heats as it should.
