Brandon was amazing! He was helpful on the phone before we secured his services, resolved our issues upon arrival and an educated diagnosis, and helped us create plans for potential future issues.
Very thorough, very accommodating and professional. They show up when they are supposed to and stay until the job is finished. Surprisingly, what stands out most about LenAir is the happy -to-help attitude that EVERY employee has. From the receptionists to the technicians, I’ve never encountered anything like it!!

An on-call technician showed up promptly on a sweltering Sunday afternoon to repair my air conditioner. Jordan was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The rates were extremely reasonable for an after-hours call. I'll be using LenAire for my scheduled and unexpected HVAC needs in the future.

This company is wonderful. They installed our new AC a few years ago and continue the maintenance. The service technicians are efficient, responsive, quick and inform you of the options you have as a customer. Highly recommend this company!

Dale with LenAire was so helpful today. He did an excellent job of preparing the AC unit for the upcoming summer months. He answered all my questions and pointed out some possible repairs needed. He also explained other services that I could take advantage of. With service people like Dale, LenAire is still providing the same great service as when they started years ago. The reason why I won't give Lenaire a 10 is because of the financial institution the company uses. I am not a fan of Wells Fargo which is the financial institution that you all use. They have ridiculously high interest rates and this institution stays in trouble with Congress.

Best A/C company around! They even travel to Waskom! Friendly Staff, and Brandon is the Best. He's very knowledgeable, down to earth, and I want him to service my Unit Always!
LenAire should host a seminar on how to succeed at customer service. Here is what they do correctly: 1. Do what I asked you to do. 2. Communicate with the customer. When will you arrive? What will you do? How long will it take? What will it cost? Call to let me know he is on the way. I may need to bring in children or dogs. Move a car. Get out of bed! Not everyone gets up at sunrise. A pleasant voice on the phone is as important as the crew doing the physical work. Return calls. Know where your crews are and know what they are doing and will be doing. 3. Communicate with EACH OTHER! A successful company does not have employees working in silos. Work as a team. 4. Return calls always. Don't allow the customer to become uncertain, disappointed and angry with you. 5. Respect each other. Never speak negatively about your co-worker or your boss. 6. Make sure your customer feels valued. No one cares what you know until they know that you care. I just spent a week dealing with a company who failed at every one of these important tasks. There is nothing they can do to change my mind. I will never call them again. I will share my bad experience the rest of my life. LenAire does an excellent job. I especially like how they present new services. He tells you what is available with no pressure so that you are able to make an informed decision based on what works for you and what you can afford. He answers your questions with respect. I have been with LenAire for 5 years and always recommend their services. Thank you, LenAire. This is an old review, but it still relevant. Quality matters.
