My AC blower motor fell apart in July of 2019. I first called a popular AC company in the local area, and they tried to upsell me with a $20,000 unit for my 1100 square-foot home. They were quick to offer their financing packages as well. When I called AC Pro, a Navy Veteran who worked there came out, identified the specific issue and fixed the problem for just over $400. He also cleaned out a hornet nest I didn't realize was inside my AC unit. At the end of the job he gave me some HVAC advice as well. It's been over 4 years and my AC has been working great. When it's time to replace my old unit (possibly this summer) this company is on the top of my list to call.
Pat Cox has been a blessing to us every time he or one of his technicians come out for repair or to do maintenance on our equipment. We found Air Pro about 11 years ago and will stay with them because he is not only very knowledgeable but trustworthy and honest.
Incredible service! I live in Dallas, but needed to install an entirely new HVAC system for my mother in Shreveport. Pat & his team were recommended by a friend. They could not have been more professional and responsive. Multiple bids - they were the fairest, and they honored it despite the project requiring multiple "come-backs" and unexpected electrical issues. Courteous, kind and next-level professionalism! I wish they worked in Dallas.
They are the only ones I trust now! I’m thankful for Mr. Pat and his crew for taking care of us the next day after finding the problem. I cannot thank them enough.

Very honest company and Pat Cox will treat you fair and shoot you straight on the problem and not sell you on unnecessary replacement parts like other companies in the area. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed in Air Pro’s lack of responsiveness. I’m glad we learned early about their poor professionalism. They came out to provide an estimate for flashing repairs after a storm. After several attempts to get the estimated cost, so they could complete the work, we didn’t get a response. If the job is too small, just say that and we will move on. Now if we need an air conditioner replaced or repaired in the future, we know who NOT to call.
BEWARE OF SCAM! I called Air Pro when my drain line was backed up. A technician, Jason, came out and claimed to blow out the drain line. Maybe he tried, but it continued to overflow. When my regular guy came the next day, it was still clogged and he blew it out so it stopped overflowing. Jason said that he added freon, and I was billed for it, but again, when it was checked a day or two later, it did not appear to have been added. He then put some gadget on my unit and said that it needed to be replaced. He gave me only vague information about the units they use, and acted like it could not wait until the following week, that I needed to make a decision right then. Without replacing it, it worked fine all Summer.

I am rather disappointed with Air Pro's refusal to correct problems associated with their installation on my home. In the opinion of a forensic construction expert, their methods caused toxic mold in my home and Air Pro refuses to address and or correct their faulty methods of installation or assume responsibility for the damage caused by their actions.
