Wonderful customer service! This company knows how to take care of their customers! Caleb is fantastic with his inspections. He completes his inspections and explains in detail all he finds with my air and heating. I have used Advanced Air Conditioning & Heating services for over 8 years now with absolutely wonderful results.

Advanced Heating and Air, specifically Brian was great! He called me after hours Friday evening and was willing to come out over the weekend. That was not necessary but he was here first thing today…many thanks!!
Karen failed to mention the $79 call out fee to come and look at my unit. When the technician gets to my house I get a call saying just to clean my unit will be $268. The technician decided to sit on my couch and wait for me to get home to talk to me rather than stay in his vehicle and wait for me. Will not be using them again.
Came out, said it was a plumbing issue, and refunded service call.
The technician was courteous and friendly, most of all knowledgeable about his craft...
Showed up when they said they would and diagnosed problem. Got my system to working as it should.
Our air stopped working at one of my offices and when I called the lady said she will do her very best to get someone out by 12:00 pm and sure enoughBrian showed up and was AMAZING! He completed the job in less than 2 hours and had our office cool and A/C working great!!!! I have 5 offices locally will for sure be using them again!!!
I highly recommend this company! They have done a phenomenal job for us replacing our evaporator coil, a new air return install, and outdoor unit service! Professional and friendly service during the process, too.
Advanced Air cannot be beat. When my husband and I moved back to Shreveport/Bossier City we asked my dad if he recommended anyone. He knew the owner of Advanced Air and told us to try them. Have never been sorry. They have taken care of our AC needs at various houses for about 30 years or more. They check our system twice a year and they are courteous, prompt and dependable. Would highly recommend them to anyone. A+ rating
The service was excellent. Service person found the problem immediately, fixed it, checked other things that were ok thankfully and told me how to keep the problem from happening again.
Told me I needed to spend $10K on a new evap coil, copper lines, and a furnace (that wasn’t broke, but because it was old). Had a second opinion from another company that checked everything over and everything came back normal. The culprit, after bringing in a hydrometer found that my thermostat was giving wrong humidity and temperature readings. A quick recalibration and the problem was resolved. Didn’t even charge me for the visit. These people wanted me to spend $10K on unnecessary repairs. Shame on you.

The service is always fast and friendly. We have an annual service agreement with them. They come twice a year and keep things running smooth. Great service at reasonable prices. I definitely recommend Advanced Air for your HVAC needs.
