In the middle of a summer heat wave, on a Friday, I thought it would be a long shot at getting service, I was wrong. The person who received my call was professional, courteous, and very thorough when taking my call. The service technician who came to my home was also very professional and courteous. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of this company. Will highly recommend them to everyone I know. Absolutely outstanding service 💯

I had a Generac generator installed. Hunter, Thomas, and Tony were all polite, respectful, answered all questions, and addressed every concern I had. I feel confidant about recommending this company to people I know. Constant communication from all involved was very appreciated. These guys went over and above to make sure we were pleased with the service.

Arrived for the estimate less than fifteen minutes into their estimated window and were able to shuffle their schedule around to have someone back out the very next morning to get the job done.
The technician, Justin Bauher was very prompt, courteous and professional. He solved my problem very quickly and only charged me for the visit. Overall it was a satisfying experience.
