If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Absolutely amazing and very helpful!!! The office lady was very sweet and understanding. Josh Leblanc came out very quick. Answered all my questions even though I was at work!! Explained everything to me so easily!!! I would absolutely recommend F&R!!!!

The service men were very punching and knowledgeable. He called in a 2nd repair man when he was unfamiliar. I truly respected him for doing that. They stayed with the job until it was done successfully.

Paid invoice. MONTHS later begin receiving harassing texts and emails indicating it was unpaid.
Was not happy with the young lady at desk not very professional are friendly. If you going to work with the public learn Customer service is top priority, if I would of treated my customers like that I would of been fired on the spot. Will not be back will drive to Lafayette first.
I just went in for filters. As always they were in stock and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Had a problem with cooling and had enough of the hot summer. Phillip Ashley spent a good amount of dedicated time to track down the issue and was very thorough and explained it very well to me. He communicated the findings to his team. What’s great with my busy schedule, I didn’t have to track them down and figure out what the next step was. Kelly called me and within 2hrs had Tyler, a very competent technician show up. Tyler took the time to explain in detail what he was going to do. Tyler is very professional and thorough. After the service, he explained the problem in layman’s that I could understand. I can’t say enough of the professionalism expertise that F&R provided me, and that is giving me a peace of mind knowing I am in great hands!
Tyler and his helper showed up at the time scheduled), and worked quietly and efficiently. Tyler actually showed me a better way to install my filters. His helper also cleaned up what had fallen on the floor. By the time they left, the house felt cooler than before they arrived and the system seems to be running quieter.

I highly recommend F & R Air Conditioning. Tyler came to my rescue after having a horrible experience with another company. He was professional and honest.
