My a/c went out during the first 100+ week of Summer. Brandy had someone out to inspect the next day and installed within a week (when I know they were swamped with a ton of calls.)

Had our HVAC completely replaced and Brandy gave a very reasonable quote and walked us through the process. Enjoyed that she was extremely professional and didn't try to upsell like others. Honest with what we actually needed with our system. Very flexible with scheduling and quick turnaround. Very fair pricing. We will be using them for our annual service as well.
Brandy and crew were very professional and answered all of my questions before, during, and after install of the AC. They were mindful of the house and kept things clean. It was easy to reach out with questions through calls or text.

Brandy Wilson (the HVAC doc) replaced my ancient AC system this morning; I have been using her services for HVAC maintenance and repair for several years. Vince was on time, polite, and helpful. He checked our furnace and made sure it was in good working order. Our basement light would not come on for some reason so he worked using his head lamp, and got the job done. He was friendly and we were satisfied with the job he did. I will continue to use the HVAC DOC for my yearly maintenance.

Replaced AC and Heat . Did a great job showed up on time . Gave estimates on several manufacturers. Courteous, professional, on time and young enough too keep you going for at least another 20 years!

The HVAC Doc…Brandy.. was terrific! She’s a great communicator, punctual, and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. I have some basic understanding about HVAC but was stumped with trying to get a thermostat to work. Brandy was able to troubleshoot the problem, fix the wiring issue in the furnace, and get the correct power readings so that my thermostat would work all while teaching me some things in the process. I would definitely recommend her services as I intend to continue using her for my HVAC needs!l
Brandi and her team were EXCELLENT. They were a referral by a former neighbor, answered my text on the weekend, gathered warranty and system information and even told us how to fix the problem ourselves if we were comfortable doing so. We ended up having them come out to address the leak/blockage and they were SO efficient and fit us into their schedule. They were extremely reasonably priced and just professional all around. We'll be using them going forward and recommending to everyone!
The HVAC Doc was a referral. My AC struggled after yet another KS heatwave—we tried all the usual things with no luck. I contacted her late afternoon and she responded quickly and we had an appointment the next day! She assessed and found I needed refrigerant due to a leak and bad evaporator. She got us up and running quickly to get us through the summer. She left me an estimate if we wanted to replace the evaporator through her. I told her to contact me when she had a pocket of time. A few weeks later she texted with a spot. We took it and saw her 2 days later—repair was efficient (faster than expected). Brandy was so kind and knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly would recommend her. Plus I will always support a woman owned business!
Brandy repaired my AC unit, replacing the evaporator. She communicates well and explains what's happening. She submitted warranty papers for the parts that were replaced.
Brandy and her team did an excellent job from start to finish. From the initial proposal to the final signoff. I live in an older home that never had central air. They were able to use the existing heater duct work and design a system that works effectively including the placement of unit and the evaporate runoff. Highly recommend, 5 Stars +
