07/07/2023 Grahm Walls and Chad Hollins helped with a service visit today. They were both very personable and helpful. They checked my system and gave me some feedback on items I might watch for in the future. I continue to get great service from Neil Harris. Thank you for your help Graham and Chad I had Ron Vohs perform a service and I think he did a great job. I appreciate the care he took with the equipment and in understanding my needs. 02\21\2023: More recentlty, I had a really good experience with a technician that went the extra mile to ensure my heater is functioning. He diagnosed the problem, verified the part was availalbe, got the part and had my issue addressed within seveal hours. Very impressive.
Kevin and Camden did an amazing job today setting up a new AC unit for both outside and inside! Kevin is the G.O.A.T

Save yourself the hassle. Call these guys. We tried going a cheaper route with our AC repair and ended up getting the run around. Zach and Chad with Neal Harris not only fixed our AC but answered all our questions and provided plenty of information on maintenance and also other services we may need in the future.

This company has serviced my mom for years and she loves them! I helped her out today and met the technicians at her house and they were nice and informative as usual! Thank you Daniel and Chad for great service.

A new, high-efficiency A/C was needed to replace a fading 10 yo system, which also required updating the furnace and thermostat. Kevin, Gino, and Justin were on time, explained what they needed to do, and efficiently got on with it. In spite of an unexpected snag (replacing a breaker), they were even able to finish a little early.
Kevin Brockhouse was a skilled and thorough technician. He explained everything he did and left my indoor and outdoor AC units cleaner than how he found them. Wyatt Dempsie also contributed to keeping me informed on issues that I need to consider when it is time to buy a new unit but did not resort to any sales pressure tactics. He explained that the newer units are much more energy efficient, which would result in lower utility bills. Both were excellent.
Andre and Chad were on time, thorough, and informative. They did a great job servicing our AC.

Great experience from start to finish. Special thanks to the install guys Kevin, Chris and Tony. They showed up on time and nocked the job out fast. They will be my goto heating and air-conditioning guys from now on.
Mark Gordon called to let me know when he’d be here. Was very cordial but professional and thorough and explained how things worked while he inspected things. Explained what needed to be corrected or added and wrote up estimate for future work. He is very knowledgeable and polite and great about answering any questions regarding plumbing.
I have two different residences that have Maintenace + programs. Rogelio, Chad and Dakoda were very professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I have been a Neal Harris customer for years and plan on continuing for many more. Highly recommend.

Troy and Chad were awesome team members. They explained everything thoroughly and were very helpful on getting me signed up for the maintenance membership. Troy had the part we needed and installed it quickly, and got us taken care of. Couldn’t be happier with Neal Harris! J
Crystal and Kevin came out to do my AC maintenance and they did a EXCELLENT job! Definitely excited to have them back! Gave us great insight on our unit and we are so excited to have them come back out to service us ❤️
5/30/23 It is nice seeing Andre again for service of the system. Having no problems but routine maintenance. Last year: I had no air conditioning with temperatures in the upper 90's. Neal Harris Service Experts came through quickly when another company might be able to help in a week or so. The people I came in contact with were experienced, respectful, professional, knowledge. I learned that because of their size that they have capabilities that other companies simply do not have. I liked the other company but Neal Harris now has just gained a new customer. I recommend them without reservations.
If I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would. My hvac died and it was 20 years old. The tech came out and then sent a supposed nice young woman named Crystal Riley, aka Crystal Bates, aka Crystal Mathews - a slew of other names I later found with a nice criminal history. Girlfriend looked it with her many tats and piercings. I was sick, had surgery scheduled and air was out. She pulled all the gimmicks - it was hot, would not give me portable air unless I signed, and only then sent contract and never showed back of contract. Well I am legal - turns out contract was not at all what she said - she never did give me all financing options. BEWARE ADVANTAGE PROGRAM IS A TOTAL SCAM - it is NOT ten years at 0%. I went in hospital and told her to get me out of contract. Said she would but didn't and left harassing voicemails on my phone yelling at me that I changed my mind and was "going back and forth on her" and that she was "transparent." She was not transparent, outright lied - and I had to let hospital let me get on computer and sign a get out addendum that i knew about - I had only 24 hours left - and only knew this after reading contract. They VIOLATED the CONSUMER LIEN PROTECTION ACT - they put mechanic liens on your house and they don't tell you this - it is on back of contract which I never got - and you don't even own the equipment after 10 year financing which makes you double for it even though it is supposedly a buy at zero percent. NEAL STEAL HARRIS is worst scam ever- STAY AWAY - and they prey on seniors. I called the general manager HARRY GRIFFITTS who practically laughed in m face - this is standard practice for them. DO NOT EVEN TALK TO NEAL STEAL HARRIS - they sound good up front but they will try to rip you blind. I am pursuing them under the federal act and reporting them to state and fed authorities. STAY CLEAR. SCAM. Worst experience ever. At one time a long time ago they were good company - those days are over. UPDATE
Would give zero stars if I could. This group was supposed to move the air conditioning lines, instead they came out and did a tune up and left. The foundation company called them to reiterate what needed to be done. Foundation company set up an appointment with them. Husband called and Neal Harris said they had no appointment booked. We set up an appointment with them for yesterday and they didn't show up. Terrible service!
