Called this morning on a referral from a friend. When we asked for the company name and said we wanted to research his company so we would know who we could be working with, Ron said, "you don't need to research us. I've been doing this since 1988. Thank you." He then just hung up on us. We were just inquiring about having him come for a seasonal check. Most rude and arrogant response I have ever received on a basic inquiry call. Glad he has good reviews on his work, but I could never work with a person that represented his company in the way he did by just hanging up on us because we wanted to look up his company.
Been using them for years. Fair, honest, punctual, and everything else you would hope for in a residential heating & cooling company. Don’t hesitate to use Command!

These guys work super quick. They gave me a quote Saturday, set up the order on Monday, came by Wednesday morning with the new furnace and installed it in under 3 hours. Very professional individuals and easy to talk to. Will definitely recommend to anyone that needs some help with their HVAC system.
If you want honest and dedicated service, this is the company you want. I was referred to command by a coworker, and I can’t speak highly enough. Less than a day response time, service rates that smash competition, and the fact that the OWNER of the company held his word and was at my home at 8AM sharp on a Saturday speaks volumes. Ron knew within seconds of seeing my AC system what the problem was, and did not try to up-sell or lie. He was clear and upfront with what he needed to do to fix it, and after he did our AC was performing better than it had ever been. Keep small businesses in business. Command Heating and Cooling is the real deal!
Ron was amazing!! This company came highly recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. I contacted Ron at about 8:30pm and he responded quickly and talked me through the entire process, got me an estimate and installed an entire new unit by Wednesday. I could not have asked for a better experience!! Thank you guys so so much!!
Ron and his crew have provided service to my HVAC system for 15 years. He also replaced my old and worn out furnace and A/C units for a VERY fair price. When I’ve had emergency issues, Ron was very prompt in responding and fixed our issue in a timely manner with a very fair price. Quality service by quality people!

We had a great experience with Ron the owner of Command.Initially there were some operational issues that were addressed and he brought in a "trouble shooters to diagnose the problem .They fixed it amd our new air-conditioning unit is running great. Perhaps other people with with the unit not cooling properly have similar issues we had that were not addressed properly.Older homes need to be checked to see if all of their pipes in the basement and whatever else involved are in working order and connected properly. Ours wasn't but now is.Yeah Command!:)
