matt was exceptional. he went above and beyond to repair our shower and hose bib. he was calm, clear, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and patient. we could not be happier. we will definitely recommend bob hamilton and, if possible, ask for matt again by name. thanks so much!
I got a confirmation call about my appointment. They verified that my service tech would show up around 5:30. I waiting until 6 before calling figuring he was running late. Once I called, they said the job has been labeled as completed. The lady on the phone, who I will say was super helpful and extremely polite, checked in and saw that he went to the wrong address. He never called to check to see if he was at the right place, even tho he was one street over. I confirmed that they had the correct phone number and they did. When I asked if he was still coming over, I was informed that he had already gone home. She checked to see if there were any service techs in the area, and they were all gone at that time. I've been in in-home sales for a decade now, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. Terrible service, minus the person I talked to on the phone. I will be calling someone who wants to replace my water heater. I suggest you go somewhere else too.
Nick and Jr were great. They ran into a few problems with my main line and got it open. When they say it’s $79 it is really $79. They didn’t try to upsell and would highly recommend. Thanks!
Called because one of my rooms isn't getting good airflow, technicians looked around and didn't notice any issues. Gave me tons of good information for general maintenance and options to get the room cooler without getting a new unit.
Initial contacts were good/ great. Then came the installation hiccups. Saturday install delayed due to miscommunication between representative and install crew. Then Monday install delayed due to theft of equipment and employee illness. Finally Wednesday crew came out and successfully installed, airedup and cleaned up. Very knowledgeable professionals. It has been very hot the last several days. They saved the day!
We received prompt, same day service for water heater replacement. Technician, Eric, was professional, extremely courteous and helpful, clean/tidy and efficient! He explained all options thoroughly to help me make an informed decision. Highly recommend!
I am a new homeowner. I started experiencing separate sets of lights flickering, oven turning off and on, and finally my main breaker was tripping. Even with the main breaker on and other breakers off, there was still consistent arcing/buzzing and sometimes popping happening. I chose to leave all power off for fear of an electrical fire happening. I called a few places and most of them weren't able to come out either that night without a huge upfront fee, or they weren't available until after July 4th (understandable). I called Bob Hamilton and the lady that answered said she would schedule me to be one of the first visits the next morning. Taylor was excellent. He handled everything from start to finish in getting a new panel installed (calling electric company/city), and answered all my questions. He even helped me with filling out my home warranty claim (which didn't pan out of course, but Taylor and I did our best). His work on the panel is excellent. If you're into wiring things like I am, you'll understand that I like to just go and look at it in admiration. He will be my go to electrician from here on out. I do feel like the price was a bit high, but I can't imagine getting more swift, professional, courteous, and complete service anywhere else. Thank you Taylor and Bob Hamilton.
I have to say that in the past I respected this company for what they were. I have used this company for plumbing heating clogs and other things. I have a HVAC issue that is human felt that now In the heat of the summer sometimes we have to look at people for their worth and not what their credit report says. But I found out the true value of my dedication and loyalty as my credit report was not up to what they wanted so I had to go to a substandard way of cooling my house. I will take my business elsewhere where I'm valued from me and not based on my credit reports
Quick response time with absurdly inflated prices, call a smaller shop instead. I told the technician specifically what part I wanted to be replaced and that I didn't want a diagnostic. He told me he didn't have the part on his truck and offered a $600 version instead. When I declined he charged me $90 for the diagnostic anyways. I feel a little foolish for not assuming this is how they pay for all those billboards and google ads. I went with a smaller local shop who were happy to charge a third of the price and will do so in future.
Kenneth, Mario and Derrick were OUTSTANDING with providing and installing our new AC & Furnace. They arrived on time and worked until it was done. Could not have had a better experience than we did over the weekend. AC went out Friday, quoted Saturday, and installed a new one by Sunday.
I have a sewer smell coming from my plumbing. I called Bob Hamilton they were able to come out same day in quite a hurry actually at $89 service fee which they pulled my toilet, put a wax ring and a rubber coupler back in charged me $325 did not rectify My problem didn’t even do a soft tissue check And now to come back out to do that for another cost because it’s a different issue and they told me they gave me a 50% discount when they charged me $325 so that would’ve made that a $650 job which in my opinion is so not worth a plumber being there for what little time they were there. Things are expensive but boy a little over the top if you ask me and when I called Bob Hamilton and they told me they are a high end professional company and I disagree. Don’t waste your money folks.
My AC system was not effectively cooling my home. I made an appointment on Saturday and received service the next day (on a Sunday), which is almost near impossible now these days. My technician's name was Landon and I thought he was amazing, knowledgeable, and super professional. More importantly, Landon was honest and up-front. I would absolutely call Bob Hamilton again, if needed.
Tyler K was my tech on this visit. He was very patient man. He explained everything to me on a level that I could understand. He told me about their awesome service plan that they have. Like in "The Godfather " movies, he made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. He also made it crystal clear that he was there to help me. He even stated how grateful he was to do it. He made me feel like a customer should feel. I wish that more people had the customer service skills that he posseses.
I had the honor of having service proved by Tyler K. for my AC issues. I must say, after dealing with other companies, he's the best. Tyler provided education and that exceptional service that we all look for. Thank Bob Hamilton for Tyler K. He deserves a raise. :-D. I look forward to using this company a long while. 10 stars. I was able to get my AC issue diagnosed the same day and replaced the day after. Jairo and Jayden quickly did a great job with a neat and clean installation.
Matthew came to my house to investigate a water leaks thoroughly looked through my house on several levels he was very professional Concerned about my issues, very knowledgeable about the process I would recommend Matthew and Bob Hamilton I have used them before and everything came out perfect Steve
When you have exceptional employees, a business thrives. Sam, our technician is one of those exceptional employees. He cleaned up after himself. He answered all of our questions he helped us make an informed decision with care. You have an asset.
Dale is a very kind and knowledgeable person. He did a great job of answering all my questions during our yearly air conditioning inspection.
They are amazing I’ve had to use them multiple times and they are always super nice, usually can get me taken care of same day and fair price. They also take the time to explain which is really nice!
Monica Robinson was very friendly and professional. She price matched and helped us get a workable financing plan.
