Humidifier repair- cleaned blockage and replaced hose that was clogged and clamped off. Water was leaking from humidifier and all over the basement floor. They arrived quickly and were very helpful. Thank you.

Chris was great! Ran our summer AC scheduled maintenance and kept me informed through the entire visit on how our unit was functioning. Took his time and was thorough. In the past with other companies the techs would be in a rush trying to get out fast. Appreciate the time Chris took to do the work, as well as communicate with me.
Service technician and new part estimator apparently wasn’t aware the coil had been replaced in 2019….almost had me buy another one if I hadn’t looked at my records. I was told my service call fee would be credited to my bill if I had Beene do the service. It was not mentioned again and I did not think of it until after the technician had left and we paid the bill. Anne Brumbaugh

David was prompt and pleasant. He is knowledgeable and helped me understand what I need to do to care for heating & cooling systems.
David came this AM to preform semi-annual preventive maintenance on our AC units ahead of the real cooling season. Texted he was on the way and within minutes he was on our front porch ready to get to work. I haven’t seen such a comprehensive and detailed examination of both our systems before. He was here over 2 hours checking pressures and taking readings. More importantly he took his time to explain what he was doing and what his findings were. Even more importantly he didn’t try to upsell anything that was not needed or wanted. We sincerely remain a Beebe customer for the duration.

We have used this company for 12 years. They have kept our furnace and AC beautifully maintained. They also installed a new furnace and AC and it is great. Incredibly skilled professionals in all they do. From the moment you call for an appointment, you know you are in good hands. I highly recommend Beebe.

Terrible customer service and communication. After my in-home consultation (one year ago), I never received my estimate that was supposed to be emailed to me within a few days. I called their office NUMEROUS times and even emailed the owner, tech who came to my house, and the admin person requesting my estimate (specific names I emailed were Robert and Judith). Months later...still nothing. I would get the "we left your message with the technician so he will call you back" but of course nothing for weeks. The secretary answering the phone seemed annoyed at me like it was my fault I didn't have the estimate that should have been completed 4 months ago and seemed bothered that she had to do her job and check on it. To this day I still haven't received my estimate and that was a year ago. Overall, my experience with BEEBE has been terrible and I will never use them or recommend anyone use them. I have shared my experience with many friends and family and will continue to share to everybody I can to prevent this from happening again. It's crazy how companies with this work ethic and complete disregard for their customers can stay in business.
