We are currently running the air conditioning for a few days to make sure the problem is fixed.
"Doug" was very professional and friendly. He replaced our complicated Programmable Thermostat with an easy to operate model. He discovered the problem was the capacitor and had the part to replace it immediately. We now have air conditioning! Thank you Doug!!
Our AC went out during a storm. I called Boyd and they came out the next morning, got us a temporary fix and ordered the part. Excellent friendly service!

Installed 3-head mini-split system and charged my older HVAC heat pump.
The unit was installed 3 years ago. The recent cold snap seemed to affect it adversely. We made a check up appointment, Doug was there exactly on time and cleaned the sensor.. Problem solved!
