The ENTIRE team takes care of business. I had a Trane-wreck system that they cleared up for me. Outfitted me with a new slick bundled system for an awesome deal! Installed quick too. I really appreciate the HEHC team and will be doing business with them in the future!!

Steve and Brian were extremely professional. Walked me through everything that needed to be done while installing the furnace to bring it to code. Will definitely be using them when it's time to replace air conditioner. All around great team.

If I had to describe high efficiency, heating, cooling and plumbing in one word, it would be phenomenal. I cannot express the amount of gratitude that I have for this company. Not only did they go above and beyond to make sure that we were happy they put all hands on deck to make sure that our job got done in the same day. Running a business myself. DON’T go with them unless you just want to throw away money with no resolution. 😞 Technician was friendly -outcome was negative. The tech came to work on our mini-split system which has been icing up. After rinsing our outdoor unit with a hose and saying the refrigerant was fine. He left with no solution and no recommendations. He left and our unit began icing over again 30 minutes later. My husband called four times over the next week hoping someone could come finish the job or quote us for the installation of a new system. He could not get the owner/manager to call him back or have anyone come back out to finish the job. It was hot and we were getting nowhere, so I had to go purchase a window unit to keep my house at a bearable temperature. THREE WEEKS LATER AFTER CONSISTENT CALLS AND LEFT MESSAGES My husband finally was able to speak to Matt who said they were busy and we should go with someone else if they could get us in. He claimed that he called my husband’s number and attempted to leave a message, but that his voicemail must not be set up. 🙄 His voicemail works properly and he had no missed calls from any numbers associated with the business. It felt like a flimsy excuse and he did not seem concerned over the fact that we 1. have had no air conditioning for three weeks or 2. that his company charged $150ish for hosing off an outdoor unit and not fixing or offering solutions to the problem. Very disappointed in the communication, outcome, and excuses. 3. In total We’ve spent about $300 - $150 for their fee, $150 for a window unit) and I will spend even more as a different company comes out tomorrow to do a REAL assessment Save yourself time, stress, and money and go to with a different company.

This company is the best! We called and service within an hour. Matt, the ow ner was excellent, knowledgeable and kind and a real pro. They also have a service where they come out twice a year and maintain your system and you get 20% off. It doesnt get any better than this!!! As residents of Louisburg, KS we need to support our hometown businesses.
After searching the Internet and talking to my neighbors...I landed on this company to repair my AC... They were the most efficient and professional company that I have every had the pleasure of dealing with and I have dealt with a few pieces of... Well, you know... The ones that just don't care about us little people... Anyway, if you need a company that will treat you like family and not rob your pocketbook, then do yourself a favor and call them, you will be super happy 😊
Toilet blew a gasket. A technician was on it within an hour from calling. Super friendly service only looking to repair what's needed and didn't try to upsale anything. Great quality work at great prices. Highly recommend and would use again.
I called with a plumbing emergency and they came out the same day. It was fixed in one hour and Joey was super polite and didn't leave a mess. I highly recommend this company!

I’m a 73 yr old woman who can’t tolerate high heat or humidity. So when my air conditioner stopped working I needed help fast! Matt and Chris from High Efficiency Heating and Cooling came to my rescue! What a true joy these two men were! Very polite, professional and knowledgeable! Couldn’t have asked for more. And Karlie, who I spoke to on the phone, was so nice and fun to talk to. You just can’t beat good hearted people who show they care! This company took such good care of me and I can’t begin to thank them enough! I highly recommend you call them for your heating/cooling problems! I had a new hot water heater installed by High Efficiency a couple days ago. Highest of marks to Joey and Randy for doing an excellent job. Excellent communications with Carly in the office and Joey during the installation too. They were professional, friendly, reasonably priced and punctual. I recommend them very highly and will not hesitate to call them in the future.
