From the 1st phone call to the on site visit with Chris and his team the experience was top rate. CWHC gave me all options from keeping/repairing my current setup, upgrading my AC only, or a complete new system. Ultimately I chose a new system that was sized correctly and fit my budget. When it came time for the install Vance was very professional and the work performed was clean and the workmanship was great.
Great company! Very fair, professional, responsive and reliable. Our AC went out during the 100F weather we've been having. City Wide came out right away on super short notice and got us a new unit installed the next day and did a great thorough job. Would highly recommend this company.
I can't recommend these guys enough. I chose City Wide based on Google reviews and the fact that I didn't see their advertising all over town. Those ads generally are expensive and end consumers usually end up picking up the bill. Steve came by the same day and fixed our AC in the peak of the heat wave. Steve was polite, courteous, and took the time to explain a bunch of newbie questions as I'm a first time homeowner. This is a well run family business. They have expert knowledge but won't charge you an arm and a leg b/c they do good work and get lots (hopefully more now) referrals.
`Fabulous end-to-end experience using City Wide Heating and Cooling. The company provided excellent service in upgrading and relocating our ac unit. Furthermore, they went above and beyond with stellar customer service and returned on a separate visit to remove (dismantle) a large concrete ac base. The service agent didn't have the right tool to do the job but was empowered to solve the problem and go buy the proper tool to get it done. City Wide exceeded my expectations with their prompt service and customer focused attitude. We will use them again and highly recommend them to others.
City Wide installed 2 new furnaces and 2 new air conditioners in my home. The products were fully explained, options were presented, pricing was very fair! The service men from the company did an excellent job of installation and i have been very satisfied with the entire process. I suggest that anyone in the market for heating and AC give Doug Duval, owner, a call! You will not be disappointed!

We had City Wide install a new furnace and air conditioner, and they far exceeded our expectations. In addition to having the best price, George did an outstanding job of installation. The man is a perfectionist and a professional. It's nice to know there are still people who take pride in their work. When I got home, I would not have known he was there were it not for the new furnace sitting in our basement. He left the place spotless. We did run into a problem with the air conditioner compressor, and Doug was at our house immediately to deal with it. He is a man of old school integrity whose word I trust. Instead of looking for excuses he stepped up, acknowledged the problem, and got the Lennox rep. involved. With no hesitation the result was a new compressor. Both City Wide and Lennox stood behind their work and their product. I know this may sound like an ad for City Wide, but I have no connection to anyone there and had never heard of them until this job. However, from now on I won't go anywhere else for HVAC work.
City Wide replaced Our complete heating and cooling system. Did a fantastic job, always prompt, friendly, and considerate of our home! So knowledgeable and easy to work with!! Can’t say enough good things!!

Thank you, Chris Duvall, for explaining immediately the HVAC problem was a warranted item fixable by a service call Fee. The other large company I had a contract with failed to mention that on discovery of the problem. It was mentioned in a submitted bid the next day with add-ons and bid for new HVAC system. This caused unnecessary distress on my part. I will be calling you for my next Appointment.
As a small business owner we have used City Wide for over 8 years for all of our heating, cooling and venting needs. I have worked with them on a personal level for over 18 years. What sets them apart (besides being family owned) is their professionalism and high standards for executing projects. From sales to service they always take care of us. I can always recommend them to clients or friends with full confidence that the job will get done right.
I've had a service contract with Citywide for about five years. They're very good about scheduling maintenance visits. My unit started to act up, and after calling at 8am this morning someone was here by 10:30am. An hour later everything is in working order. This is a very well-run company.
City Wide came to the rescue when our furnace stopped heating today (it's 20° outside). The technician was prompt, courteous and completed the repair in under and hour. Couldn't be more impressed with City Wide and will be using them again in the future.
Steve was awesome! Coldest day of the year and no heat. Quick call an one hour later everything was back to normal. Chris and Steve are great to work with
