Chad was prompt to return my call, thorough in finding the problem(s) and putting together several options for solutions and patient in talking about the options/answering my questions. He and his team were very professional in removing the old system and installing the new one. They used drop cloths and swept up displaced dust. He paid attention to details. He was personable and polite. He made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I would definitely recommend him.

I contacted Chad on 5/22 about a cooling issue with my ac. He was immediately responsive and had me scheduled for service the next day. He arrived 30 minutes to an hour early, and had our home several degrees cooler within minutes of arrival. Unfortunately, I’m looking at replacing my HVAC system, but he has it up and running for now. I will definitely be using Premier when it comes time to replace the entire unit. Thank you for your promptness and professionalism, and for making our home less like hades!

Incredibly professional, and knowledgeable. I had LOTS of questions, and concerns, all addressed and answered. Chad and company know their stuff, their prices are very competitive after having nearly a dozen different companies out to bid work. He addresses all concerns, gave multiple options to fit different budgets. Highly recommend, while we chose a different route this time, I will most definitely be keeping his info on hand should we have issues in the future.

I called Chad and within two hours he was at my house to diagnose the issue with my A/C. He went over the options with me and was very in depth. He was able to come out the next day and fix the problem and even perform some maintenance. Overall, extremely knowledgeable and would highly recommend.

What a great service. For years our house smelt like dust. Our house had no more dusty smell after his service. It was great to have no dust smell in our home. He cleaned our ductwork and then sealed it. I would recommend this be a necessary service in the home. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ service rating.

Chad and his team have been doing my commercial maintenance and has also put in a few new commercial and residential units for me. Great guy, great work and always a smile on his face regardless of what’s going on. He and his crew are gearing up to install 8 new commercial units for me next month and I already know that they will be installed right and add comfort and value to my building.
