Professional and respectful
Been part of what keeps our household up and running for over 15 years! They are awesome
Bob was referred to us by a couple of different people three years ago when our AC was out. My husband was reasonably certain the entire unit needed to be replaced and even said that when he called. Bob came out and fixed the problem almost immediately. Total cost: $125. We were flat broke at the time and an enormous fix-it bill would have been devastating. Our ancient AC is still humming along! I will happily recommend this business again and again.

These guys are ridiculous and won't be getting any of my money. They installed a new furnace at our house, it was an insurance job so they didn't get paid from us anyway. They couldn't schedule the work to be done at a specific time, but instead gave a 3 hour window, then didn't show up during the 3 hour window. They eventually came and installed the furnace, it worked well at the time. The next cold season I turned on the heat and the brand new furnace they had installed less than a year earlier wouldn't come on. They refused to honor the warranty so I hired another company to come fix the furnace. I would not give a dime to these jerks.
