So thankful for their continued service. We have used them a few times now and always impressed with the wonderful service. We so appreciate today's visit. They came out because our house has been struggling to stay heated due to this awful cold weather we have been having and with two littles it makes me nervous having such a cold house. Ralph was who came out and he was kind as always and got us back in running order. Will definitely continue to use such a great company. Thankful for them, looking forward to enjoying a much warmer 1st Christmas in our new house. Thank you.

I am a business owner in Goddard. I have used Becker Brothers for both my home and business for 18 years. this week we had regular preventative maintenance service done on both home and work ac units. we had a problem with a few units that didn't cool after the service, the very next day the owner of the company and his tech were out to get us up and running. This is why we use them. If you are searching for a trustworthy company that has the knowledge and the best customer service in town, choose the best (Becker Brothers) Tom and his crew are top notch.
I highly recommend Becker Brothers for your heating and cooling needs! I purchased a home with a Geothermal unit and when it sprung a leak in my basement, they responded very quickly, fixed the leak and replaced the sub-standard parts the original installer used, educated me on my unit and gave me back the confidence in my system. Recently I had a problem with the supply water to the Geothermal unit, they walked me through some troubleshooting on the phone and they were able to determine the problem was with the water well itself, they gave me a referral to a local well company and they were able to fix my problem within hours! If you are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and trustworthy heating and cooling company, look no further!

We have used Becker Brothers EVERY YEAR FOR SERVICE and just recently replaced a full AC unit in our home. We called them Thursday, Sept. 2, 2021 to help my 80 year old mother. She is on oxygen and can't be in the heat for extended periods. The man who came out looked at the unit for 10 minutes, pulled out a part and said it was a total replacement and would cost $6500.00 and be about a month. When my brother asked him to write something up with specifics and cost, he jumped in his truck and left! He was curt, snide, unprofessional and a con artist! When we called today, we found out he is the owner! Will NEVER use their service again. Worst customer service ever! He's the owner!
I called on Saturday morning, the repair man called me immediately and came right over to fix our problem. Great service, great response time, our AC was up and running quickly. Thanks Becker Bros!

I can’t say enough good things about Ralph. Our AC went out and I called them on a recommendation from our neighbors and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Excellent response time, knowledgeable, quick work and fairly priced. We will for sure be using them for the updates that need to be done and recommending them to others.

Had new furnace and central air installed. Wouldn’t use anyone else! The guys were very professional and courteous.
We switched a couple of years back from a very well known, high-profile local HVAC company to Becker Brothers for all of our personal HVAC needs, including our spring and fall checkups. We've been extremely pleased with the service we've received as well as the very reasonable and fair pricing that they offer--in our instance half of what the other HVAC company was charging. They are very timely in their service calls and it is nice to know that I can schedule the same knowledgeable tech, Blake in our instance, to build a trust relationship with. It's a pleasure that Becker Brothers does not high-pressure you into new equipment. If you need an inexpensive capacitor to fix an AC unit that doesn't work, that's what they provide instead of a solution costing thousands more. Becker-Brothers truly is after the long term relationship not a one time sale.
Our new unit is awesome! We appreciate the small town mentality, pride in workmanship, prompt & courteous service, and the integrity of Becker Bros from top to bottom. They won't try to oversell you. Thank you for continued great service over the years.
