We can't say enough about these professional folks. Totally 1st rate from the initial visit to evaluate our situation to the follow-up post installation visit. In fact, we were so impressed we have asked them to bid on a kitchen stove hood upgrade.

I have used Westerhouse Heating & Cooling multiple times over the past 20+ years for my home and investment properties. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly , and courteous, and techs arrive on time. I trust them to do all jobs correctly and efficiently – from the smallest repair to replacing my entire HVAC system. I highly recommend them.
Technicians were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The completed the work quickly and left the clean and working extremely well.
My air conditioner quit on a Friday night. Not expecting any response until Monday morning, I went to the website and filled out the text us box. I was very surprised to hear from one of the owners the next morning who sent someone over to check out my unit. Sadly it could not be fixed but I had estimates for a replacement all before 10am on a Saturday. The responsiveness, professionalism and care they have for their customers is unmatched. Highly recommend for all heating and cooling needs. (They replaced my furnace in 2020 and have had no issues with it)
Great service, very professional. They answered right away, showed up promptly, worked efficiently, explained everything they were doing in an easy to understand manner, and did amazing job. Our AC is working GREAT!

I called four companies for quotes, but Joe from Westerhouse was the only salesperson who thought outside the box with a system no one else proposed. I accepted the proposal on Thursday and our complete system was fully replaced on Monday. The guys were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. For the first time since we’ve owned our home our system is maintaining the set temperature perfectly. I’d recommend this company to everyone! Keep up the good work guys!
Aaron and the crew helped me pick and size my geothermal unit during the new house build. They installed the mechanical system professionally. Like all new builds, issues did happen. The air distribution was off for the office, and thermostats were not picking up correct humidity levels. One phone call away, they showed up in 2 days and fixed the issue and replaced/upgraded the thermostats. Here is my verdict: had I known them before AB May, I would have hired them right there. Their attention to details and customer services are second to none in this area. You are in good hands.
We noticed our furnace wasn’t running late Friday afternoon on Dec 23rd. Temperatures below zero! We love Westerhouse Heating and Cooling so gave them a call. They were able to come by the same evening and had us up and running quickly. We really appreciate how hard they work.

Westerhouse is always INCREDIBLE! The office Staff answers the phones immediately and are always so kind. Field Techs are kind, professional, and easy to talk to. Westerhouse answered their phone the first time I called, took all of my information accurately, had an available appointment in my area for the same day I called, and showed up-not on time, but early! He called me and asked if it was ok to come early and was professional, honest and very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When it’s time to replace our HVAC, Westerhouse will be who I call without a doubt. Thank you so much for a great experience….you all made my day!
