Found my heat pump off during cold weather; so scheduled maintenance two days later on my lunch hour away from work. Repair was quick and efficient.
Came home on Sunday afternoon and realized house was warmer than usual. Made a call to Jones and they fixed same day. You can't ask for more. Thank you.
If i could give this place six stars I would. Luke, Lenese, and Luke's son have been such a great family to work with for our A.C. and Heater removal and installation. My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them and doing business with them. I highly recommend this business to anyone seeking ac or heater installation.

Jones wouldn't do anything without an upfront payment on the coldest day of the year. 1 day before my paycheck. 3 little girls. I offered anything to substantiate that they'd be paid. No thanks. I wouldn't recommend and will never call them for assistance again.
