I would give you five stars for courtesy on time took 10 minutes to do the job. However it seems you charged me $110 for a part that the $27 was the highest price out of dozens and dozens I looked up. I don't mind paying $90 for the tech but then to be totally ripped for the price of the part it will not happen again

Over the years we've had a full hvac unit installed along with a handful of repairs. They've always been prompt, reliable, friendly.
Very honest, professional company. Told me exactly what was going on with my AC unit and didn’t try to get over on me like some companies will do.

So grateful! Called with AC out on 100 degree day. They fit me in to the schedule and technician was super helpful and explained every step before doing it so cost wasn’t a surprise. Everything is working great now. Would 100% recommend.
Really appreciate the extraordinary effort to help us within 30 minutes of our call. We were facing a pressing issue and Tom graciously and without any prompting went above and beyond!

Dons always does their best to get to us quickly and usually has the parts necessary to fix the problem when they come. Always courteous and on time.
It was a great experience from start to finish! Kathy S got things started by getting a me great deal on a great unit. Tom came out and gave me a very easy to understand estimate of the job and what it was going to take to get me fixed up. Finally, the crew that did the install were fast, skillful and courteous! They did a great job! It all went without a hitch and now I am enjoying my new AC! Thank you Don's Heating and Air!!!
Our family has done business with Don's for years. Kathy is polite and very helpful especially if you work from home and need to be helped quickly. They are always professional with fair pricing and a smile for no extra charge. They are always our go to when we need service or repair.
It was 9:00 AM on a very cold Friday night when my heating unit went out. Not expecting to find anyone who could help me, I was pleasantly surprised when they answered my call and immediately came out. I have nothing but great things to say about their staff and their response in helping me have a great resolution to my problem. Their caring, friendly, and professional service was superb and they have a customer for life! I am one VERY HAPPY customer!

The whole staff has been great to work with Julie and Jill in the office ! Allen and Eric installed my furnace! Tyler and Zake for working on my other furnace! They all were very kind and cleaned up there work ! Don's did great job! Thank you !
I will call Don's again in the future. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The tech was prompt and professional. They were not able to fix the furnace on the initial visit ( on a Friday at 4pm) due to needing parts, but we're able to get parts and finish the job early the next week.
A/C stopped working in 100 degree weather, called around but Don's was the only one who could come over right away! We have 2 people here that have medical issues and needed help right away! Tom was very thorough and nice to boot! Had it fixed in about 30 minutes! Very highly recommend him and his company 😊 Very thankful!
