They’re patient while trying to figure out what is needed for my home and me making a decision. Once decided, they were out in a week to replace our 20 year old noisy 2.5 ton builder grade AC and heater. Would highly recommend. Installers Justin and Malachi were professional, friendly and did a great job!

My ground source heat pump went out almost exactly 20 years to the day after it was installed. They were local to me. Gave me a competitive bid and were able to get the replacement system ordered and installed within only a few days. Thanks for your prompt service in handling my situation. Great service! I would highly recommend! My AC went out on the hottest day this year. The tech came right out and was very professional and thorough! Explained in detail what was going on. Repaired it for a reasonable price. Got my home cooled down quickly & saved the day! The customer service was great. From the lady who took my call to Matthew who did the repairs. I was very pleased, and would definitely call them again.

Our unit was 13 months old and the AC wasn't keeping up. The team did a full inspection and found that our unit was clogged with cottonwood fuzz. They cleaned the unit and made sure everything was in working order, and all the work was covered under our warranty.
We have used D&M mechanical for years they are always quick to come fix things even after hours. Very professional, and friendly easy to schedule and reasonable on price.
D&M Mechanical is a very professional company. Several days before your appointment you get a notification of who is coming. Then on appointment day you receive a notification that the technician is on the way. To me that's important to know. The technician is very informative about what he's doing and what I need to do or know. I highly recommend D&M Mechanical for any of your AC and/or heating problems, maintenance and installation.

Leaky Himidifier fixed. Great service. Humidifier pad clogged and replaced. No charge because the prev pad was fairly new and looked to be defective. Thank you Jesse. Great work and customer service satisfaction.

D & M technician arrived punctually to conduct the annual service and cleaning of the HVAC unit they installed a year. We have had zero problems with the unit. Mathew did an excellent job of cleaning the unit disassembling where needed and doing a thorough cleaning and washing. He then checked the refrigerant level with test instruments that linked to an application on his cell phone. No wasted refrigerant this way versus the old guage and hooking up method. Totally professional, knowledgeable and uses up to date technology and tools. Impressive and I highly recommend D & M Mechanical. 10/23/2019 Followup visit by D&M on a duct problem in the basement with another 5 star rating! I had heating ducts that needed to be adjusted to fit the new drop ceiling installed in the basement. They secured the whole duct system and installed new vents in the drop ceiling. They were quick, the install was solid and done professionally and looks good too! The price was very reasonable and worth it. They did a good job of cleaning up after fixing the ducts. I strongly recommend these guys. 4/24/21 My son purchased his first house and asked me to recommend a heating/cooling maintenance company and I wholeheartedly recommended D&M Mechanical. They showed up promptly, diagnosed the equipment and completed needed repairs efficiently and quickly. He was impressed with what was done as I was too. Strongly recommend. Professional, prompt and accomplished the requested maintenance on the Hvac outdoor unit expeditiously. Demonstrated why I strongly recommend D&M Mechanical to my friends and family.
Great service ! They are very responsive, I call them after 5pm, they still came right away, so I don’t have to freeze at night . Give out professional suggestions and options and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
